Initially my review would have been 5 stars, however, we need a repair & went thru the correct channels to schedule warranty work (took them 2 weeks to schedule the appointment of installing a new handle for our murphy bed).. then the technician never showed up & didn't even bother to call. I've called the office manager twice (during office hours) and didn't receive a call back either time. For as $$$$$$ as California Closets are, I expected them to stand behind their work & warranty. I love, love, love my upgraded closet from California Closets! The owner and staff were extremely helpful and professional. They created several options for me within my budget. And then their installer, Ernesto, was extremely efficient and organized. He built us a beautiful closet! Hire them!

My family and I had California Closets design and install 3 projects in our home in the Fall of 2017. If you check out the photos I uploaded of the three rooms, you can imagine how very happy we are with the results. Ken Moses, our expert designer, took our ideas and crafted superb designs from them. He was even present all three days of the installation, making sure things went smoothly and resolving any issues that came up, which made us feel confident that we were in good hands. Decided to shop local and scheduled an appointment with the Los Gatos store for help with the design/build of my new master closet. Appointment set for four days later, great. Then an hour later I get a call asking if the consultant can stop by a day earlier, I was working that day so that wouldn't work for me. We keep the scheduled appointment in place. Three hours later I get another call from the actual consultant asking if I can reschedule the appointment. My answer is still no. We keep the original appointment. The day ... read more

I have used California Closets since the early 1980's when ever I needed quality design and installation. I moved into a new home last year and redid three closets just for me. The design Consultant Melody was very professional and she whipped up a design on her laptop while I was sitting there giving her my needs---the closets all turned out wonderful. Thank you, Alexis! We are thrilled with our CC and with the thought and creativity Alexis (with CC Tribeca) put into our design. At first we were skeptical about what Alexis came up with because our closet wouldn't look symmetrical. We presented California Closets will a big challenge -- how to design a very long, very curved closet. Ken Moses never seemed to break a sweat, coming up with a design that met every challenge and, now that it is installed, looks gorgeous to boot. Ken was so professional that I would highly recommend him and California Closets if you're looking to make your closet a thing of beauty and practicality.

Gerardo helped my wife and I with our closet and office built in. He did an amazing job to say the least. The initial consult was easy and painless and the turn around on the design plans we fast and of extremely high quality. Far exceeding what we had envisioned. The install process was easy and the crew was highly professional. The level of attention to detail was extremely impressive as well as the integrity of the build.
