Our new apartment is small with only two little closets. I was sceptical that California Closets could improve the situation. The designer Kate did a home visit. No problem. Reconfigured the space and added a wardrobe in the mini second bedroom. A few weeks later Mark came to install them. It's been a year since our closet install and I'm still completely thrilled with it. We moved into an older 60s house in the Huntington Harbor area and the master bedroom had a big sliding door to a deck off of it that faced the street. Who needs a deck off of their bedroom that everyone can see?! So weird. The craftsmanship and the materials used appear to be very nice. The two-man crew laid down heavy moving tarps across my new hardwood floors. They took care not to damage anything. They were prompt to complete the two closets over about 5 hours. The closets were odd shaped in a condo unit. Plus the older construction made the walls off here and there. We ordered custom closets for our new home from california closets. We visitird their showroom (which was relatively unimpressive). The sales team was not pushy, but was very helpful. Our order took 8 weeks, was installed professionally in 2 days - and we are satisfied. Minus 1 star bc we consistently had to be confirming and communicating - they were not. Best closets in tucson
Mindy did a awesome job helping me design my dream closet! I've had multiple estimates from other companies and California Closets was by far the cheapest and best quality. Mindy is such a pleasure to work with. She made sure everything turned out absolutely perfect!! The guys who came and built the closet were so professional and did a amazing job. I love my new closet and can't thank this company enough!!
Anna Abrams--closet designer came to take measurements of our closet space. She also took an inventory of our clothes for the fit. She made useful recommendations. Then we visited the Edina store to look at samples. She helped us all the steps. The guys who came to install the closets were very nice and professional. They left the work area tidy each day. Our salesperson, Kelli, was knowledgeable and professional. She took the time to show us many options so we could make an informed choice, but never tried to sell us more than we needed. Martin, the installer, was also very professional and efficient. When he was done he went over the install with us, fixed a couple of things, cleaned up and was gone. We were very happy with his work. We enjoy our newly organized closet so much that we are having our guest room closet done as well!
Literally amazing design, workmanship and customer service. Worth every penny. Julie Little was our designer and she's the very best!
