I am super late writing this review (they installed my laundry room shelving like 4 months ago). But this review NEEDED to be written. Kariann Sinko was my designer and when I tell you she brought her A game...SHE. BROUGHT. IT! I was thinking I'd spend $800-900 on shelving for the laundry room, after all, it's just a laundry room, right...no one's gonna see it right? WRONG! We just got some amazing quality storage installed in our garage. Cara Carrasco was our representative and she was very professional and put everything together perfectly. I had a bunch of boxes of different sizes that I wanted to store and she managed to fit everything in whilst still keeping all the sections feeling balanced. We couldn't be happier with how it turned out.
We are very happy with our amazing closet !! Cara from California Closets is our go to person. She's a fabulous representative for the company. She's super helpful. . Very friendly and professional. She has great ideas and is experienced , and also open to your ideas. We highly recommend Cara !
Cara Caruso was great! She made me put together the most beautiful closet. I love my bedroom and the amount of room I have now. Wish I did this years ago! She came to my home and was able to intuitively give me my options. She knew her stuff and made me feel at ease. I even received a discount which I was not expecting. I highly recommend her and California Closets.
I've had 2 experiences with California Closets; one for my own home and the other for my parents house, both experiences were great! My parents experience was about a decade ago, so I'll stick to this latest experience. In May I made the decision to make my life easier by organizing the two bedroom closets in my home. We had gotten our loft desk and master closet done back in March, and although it took them a span of three months instead of the three weeks they had originally planned, I am still very happy with their quality of work and service overall. We ran into a number of issues along the way, but I can't completely blame them because there were many that were beyond their control such as dealing with their external suppliers to get our special order items. Worked with Tarja to design my custom wardrobe in our bonus room. Tarja has been with the company for decades and has an excellent eye for design. I thought CA closet was going to be $$$ but the quote came out to be fairly comparable to other vendors with subpar design input. She was prompt with responding to my questions and concerns and designed a solution that was not only functional but also aesthetically beautiful. Cara did a beautiful job designing my closets. She carefully considered my needs and delivered updated designs almost immediately after each new request. She also had great ideas about materials and finishes when I struggled to decide. I was blown away by the final product.
Very happy with California Closets' customer service and quality of work. My closets came out looking amazing. I scheduled for a consultant and they sent LaNay. She was punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. She did her measurements and sent us different designs for us to choose from. I came to the showroom to see more designs.
