I am very disappointed with CA Closets. I am using them in a home I am building. The total cost of our closets is approximately $53,000.00. The entire experience has not been what I am use to with this company. The workmanship of the product is bad. The installation was poorly done in numerous regards. Worst of all the company is very slow in taking care of the problems. We feel like we have moved to the bottom of their priority list.

Yours was a large and complex project at a busy construction site and there were several people involved with the related decisions and logistics. Fast, friendly service by Alfredo on the install. Preston the design consultant was very easy to work with. This was our second closet project, and we are quite satisfied.

I would give them 10 stars if possible for their highest level of integrity, clear communication and workmanship. In December, my daughter returned from a trip to discover her closet shelves were giving out and on the verge of collapse. California Closets installed these closets 18 years ago. Wow!! We had our California Closets installation today, a built-in desk and queen-sized wall bed and we are so happy!! Amy Lillquist has amazing design ideas (allowing my Peloton Tread to fit too!) Dany and Luis were fabulous installers!! They thought of all the little details!! This is our second seamless experience with California Closets and would absolutely recommend them for their superior service, five star installation and innovative design solutions!!
We just used California Closets for the second time and couldn't be happier. From the design process to the installation, everything worked perfectly. Installer was super professional and courteous. Love these guys!!

Ben and his team are the best in town. Great design, quality craftsmanship, with total professionalism. They transformed our master closet and kitchen pantry. My favorite feature is how they designed the wine cooler in to the pantry. My wife loves the jewelry drawers and custom lighting.
I asked for itemization of how they were charging me, still haven't received it. There was an incorrect measurement and they just arbitrarily took off $200. I was over it at that point and tired of the back and forth, plus they did not install it correctly, or clean up. Compensated me for the lack of clean up, but no compensation for not installing it correctly. I have been hesitant to use California Closests because of the price. It is expensive. But it IS worth the cost. Our place has limited closet space. And we have two growing girls. Their small closets looked like a war zone. California Closets came...a quick visit in the morning...and had 3D examples of what their closets could look like.
