We're really happy with the end result, and the whole process was fairly easy. Taylor, our designer was patient with our schedule and changes, and responsive to our feedback. I would have liked more customization options for fit and finish, but in the end it turned out great. The installation was a breeze, one day for a full wall wardrobe. Hands-down the worst customer service I've ever received! Had a major project done ( this is not my first with the company, this is actually my fourth) and this is the worst experience yet. They did a massive project and completely ruined the project. They did not follow their plans whatsoever. They need to fix their four major errors but I cannot seem to get a resolution on the phone. Top notch! We recently upsized to a new home that has wonderfully large closets with very little inside in terms of hangs/shelving. We decided to invest in making the closets truly functional for our family and contacted California Closets to get a quote. The relationship that these guys have with their overly complex internal process is greater than their relationships with their actual clients. I wanted to explore doing business with them but 9 calls to schedule a consultation and I'm worn out. To be honest I'm skeptical anyway, their product is still just MDF and outrageously expensive for all four levels of design and finish. The most basic and unattractive design level is double what you can get for a lovely closet system at IKEA.

Wow, my closet is amazing! Let's first address that. Worth every penny. On top of having an awesome Design Consultant (Kristina), our installers were fantastic. Yovanny Perez, Sergio Mendoza and David Hernandez were all so great to work with. Pleasure having them in my home and they did an amazing job from start to finish. Closets look and work great. Installers worked clean, and were very professional. Cara was such a pro--came in, sized up the space, gave a few quick recommendations based on her experience and guided us through the process smoothly and efficiently. Super friendly, professional, and knows her product extraordinarily well. Highly recommend!
What a wonderful experience from start to finish! Sally was amazingly patient and super resourceful in designing our uniquely shaped closet. The end result was perfection with exactly the right amount of shelves, hang, and dressers. We love our closet!
