We've had CA closets do our built ins which has definitely helped to organize our small space. We've have several instances where we need repairs as the drawers/cabinets have broken. Once CA closets does the install, they are ridiculously hard to get a hold of for repairs. I feel like they prioritize new clients but when it comes to coming back to fix items, there is no sense of urgency. No fuss. No muss. Designer came, created a thoughtful plan. I paid. Installation was perfect. Installers were neat. Left things tidy. Nearly twelve years later, I am still convinced it was worth every penny. Even installed a small, pull-out ironing board in one of the closet drawers.

I made an appointment well over a week before the intended appointment date (this past Monday). On Sunday night, the designer, Jacqueline K., texted me around 5 or 6pm asking if we could change our appointment that was the following morning at 10am. She said that she had another job in my area around 4pm and because she lives across the bridge, she did not want to cross the bridge four times that day. Pretty appalling. California Closets just installed cabinets for a den/office. I couldn't be happier with the quality and neatness of installation. The designer was very exact in her measurements and helpful in the design. Their prices were competitive but not lowest. You get what you pay for. I would definitely use them for any future work.
Great service. I brought a closet system with this company 4 years ago and loved it. Recently I noticed some of the glue was coming off of some of the attached shelves. I was worried that it was still under warranty. However when I called about getting it fixed I was told it's a lifetime warranty and free of charge for any damages! They also sent their repairmen to my house within the next two days and fixed it in under 30 minutes! Highly rated by me! Thank you!!!
I was impressed with the communication with California closets team from beginning to end it went very smooth. Their customer service level is outstanding I would highly recommend them.

I just had an office installed by California closets it turned out beautiful. The installers were very careful making sure they covered everything before putting their tools down. Alfredo and Jose P, did wonderful job and finished in a timely manner. Alejandro and Omar came back to do a few adjustments and we're also very friendly and professional. This was NEARLY a disaster, but Dennis stepped in and saved it. Thank you, Dennis!! We had Veronica out to our house in Los Altos to design a custom office/ study. We did work through a couple of iterations to get to what made sense for us, and she was flexible about that process, so we were grateful.
