California Closets is a model of how to provide good service. They get the job done right on time and on budget. Their pricing is reasonable. They do a great job of communicating and staying in touch. Gerardo was amazingly good and fast and designing the drawer and cabinet system. It was a very satisfying experience from start to finish.
My experience working with California closet I must say all began with personality . The sales person in the store who noticed we were from nyc guided us to Cara a native New Yorker . He knew we would get along . We spoke on the phone and knew she would deliver . She met me at the property and she was ready with her computer designing the closets and in seconds she had it complete with samples of the materials. She had my complete trust . I saw the end result of a California Closet install at my sister's home and was shocked. I could have done a better job myself and I'm not a designer. To me, it looked like limited to no planning, not suitable for the space and awkward placement. They also sold her on an island size set of drawers against a wall that to me, looks like it's jetting into the room. It just really didn't make sense to me. Because they offer no refunds, they agreed to revisit the planning, we'll see the new solution!

Called twice...the phone number here is bogus, the first person who answered could barely speak English, asked me if I was calling from a business (I think) he wouldn't answer me when I asked if this is California closets...next time I called I was told I won a $100 gift card and to press 1 to claim it AND speak to an agent...um no so I sat there and was disconnected.

Cara and the whole team at Califonia Closets are fantastic. My bosses had three completely different spaces they were looking to convert into new, modern closets. Cara was helpful with suggestions, incredibly responsive from the initial consultation to after the install, and the closets are absolutely amazing. They are beautiful and functional. Will definitely use Cara and the CC team for future projects.
Cara was the Designer I met at California Closet. She has been absolutely amazing: very professional in the sense that not only she knows her products very well she is also able to fit to your taste and beyond. Excellent experience.
Absolutely had the best experience. Nicole Caswell is the sweetest and most attentive person, I adored working with her. She designed the perfect closet for our needs and always went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of. From start to finish the whole process went smoothly. I would definitely recommend her and don't regret my decision to go with CA closets!

They were very professional and Melinda took great care of me. There was a small misunderstanding about the size of the hole needed for the refrigerator but they are coming back and will fix it. I will definitely be reaching back out to them to have them do my closet at a later time.
