We just got our walk-in closet installed last week, it's so beautiful and it feels so good when you have space to organize your clothes, bags and shoes, plus everything it's customized, even the color and tone you can discuss with your designer, highly recommend Ms.Jenn Chin, she's personable and responsible to her client, FAST email replier and good taste as a designer; she's very honest to your question, she doesn't give you bubble dream, everything we have now is exactly like the design plan she made for us, it's a wonder... read more

After some water damage and failing to get Cal Closets to even come out and examine what needed to be done, then doing the removal work myself, I was quoted a ridiculous price to reinstall the shelves, and a 5 - 6 week lead time. I have never felt more abused and less valued as a customer than in dealing with California Closets. I was thinking about putting in some shelves in an upstairs loft, but you can be rest assured that I would never do business with them again. The installers just left and I wanted to give them a rav review asap! This was an amazing experience from the design consult with Ashley to the installers, Alfredo, Sergio and Juan. Communication with the main office in getting everything scheduled was just as outstanding. We had our master walk in closet and garage cabinets done and it only took the guys 1 day and they were very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend using this company and will definitely use them again on our next project!

after sales support and warranty work is very poor in terms of communication, timely replies for information and general coordination. The buyer is playing management ping-pong coordinating responses between the store management, the local installer hub and national headquarters. its compounded by inaccurate information shared within the same team. I would run far away from anything California Closets provides due to this poor arrangement of resources. the user is much better off getting their closet system from Elfa ... read more

After finally deciding to remodel our closets we contacted California Closets. We met with Maria and she showed us multiple layouts via 3D software that showed us exactly how the finished product would look which was extremely helpful. The communication between Maria, my wife and myself was excellent throughout the entire process . We always get compliments on our closets and would definitely choose California Closets and Maria again for any future closet needs.

I just had my 3 indoor storage closets done. The designer, Monika, was very helpful and had great suggestions. I love her design. The installers were very professional and efficient. Overall it was an excellent experience and I love my new closet spaces.

From start to finish, California Closets far exceeded our expectations. Raymond and John, the guys that did the installation, were professional, polite and their experience was evident. They always kept me Informed on everything they did. I love my closet! Shellie was great with her suggestions and helping design the entire space. My closet is absolutely stunning. Thank you!
