California Closets came highly recommended from my mother who has used the company for over twenty years. The entire process went smoothly until the end. I was not satisfied with the end result with all the peg holes exposed. I misunderstood the designer and thought we were having closet doors installed, too. This would have solved the unfinished look of the peg holes. I am so in love with my new closet! I can't stop staring at it. The boards are a great color and really nice quality. My sliding mirror doors for all 3 bedrooms are also beautiful. The whole process was great . Our designer, Susanne, listened to our needs, went through all of the details and provided a 3D representation of what our closet would look like. I have never been conned by a company like this one. If I could leave 0stars I would. They processed my order without telling me before the 3 day cancellation date. When I called the only number on the contracts it was the wrong department and they said it was on hold. After fighting with them for 3 months with texts proving they're at fault, I still didn't get my deposit back. My lawyer caught them in a lie on the contracts but they still got away with it!! We scheduled a free consult and Antonio came to our house. He was really great, very knowledgeable, really listened to what we wanted, made great recommendations without being pushy and was just overall very nice and polite. Fairly disappointed in my closet and the service received from CA Closets in Tucson. I had used them before in a previous home in Tucson and it was a fabulous experience. We moved and I wanted the exact some closet scaled to fit the closet in the new house. I don't believe the designer really understood. I even had the original plans. I am very frustrated with my experience with this particular California Closets. I worked with Andrea to design my closet space. I actually knocked out my old closet and extended some walls to make more closet space, and was very clear that I wanted to maximize that closet space. Andrea designed a closet with 2 dead corners that I would not be able to access. I reluctantly signed the contract because I thought that was my only option for the space. One of the worst companies! I spent over $11,000. on a small space for closets. After 4 months, two of the doors fell apart. The glass nearly broke and then handles started to break off. Outrageous! The replacement doors took 2 months to complete and then they came back faulty. I am still waiting for the replacement of the replacements!! I am so sorry I used this company....STAY AWAY!!!
