The worst. I don't think they have ever seen a closet or know how they work. Really disappointed when we worked with them. No thought was put into design and work was done poorly. After multiple fix attempts they assured us all problems had been addressed. Nope! Same problems as before just sprung up again. Lazy, poor design, poor execution, and poor follow through. The team was very creative with the awkward space o had to work with. We're very thoughtful of my budget. Installer was nice, fast, clean and most of all it looks great!
Ashley from California Closets was very kind, she listened to my wants and needs. She did a great job designing, I absolutely love it! The installers were fabulous they worked quickly and tidy.
Decided to relocate our existing California Closets to a new location in the same house. We were refereed to Evie Macfarlane. She came to our house, took measurements, and built out the room on her laptop. She spent a couple of hours and left to complete the design. This was our third closet using California Closets and it was by far THE BEST! We just moved into a home with a large but hideous closet. I couldn't fit even half my stuff in there. Katie Swinburne was my designer and she ROCKED IT! She totally understood my style and was really patient with me. Make sure to consult with Bella when you go in there looking for new closets. She is very knowledgeable, helpful and nice to work with. She is reliable and very responsive. Everything you can ask for while you're working on home remodel projects. We are very happy with our new closets and she helped us get a good deal.
My family has so much usable storage space now rather than the dead space we had before. I'm still amazed when I walk into my closet and see all of the shelves, drawers, and hanging spaces that weren't there before! extremely disappointed to see that California Closets is manufacturing and installing during a pandemic. Closets are NOT essential. You put your employees and your customers lives at risk.
I had a great pleasure of working with Jonathan. He kept my budget in mind as well as my need for organization. He made everything so simple and did not outsell me anything. Very reliable and punctual. The installation guys were on time and even cleaned up after the work was done. Very impressed. Will surely get more work done from California closets
