We had California Closets help us design a Murphy bed for our small bedroom that doubles as an office too. They're staff was so friendly and helpful. We are so happy with the quality of the bed. The team that came to install it was very courteous and professional. The whole experience from planning to completion of installment was wonderful.

I'm a third time returning customer and this was the worst customer service of any of the home projects I recently finished. The installers were great but the leadership above the sales person Stacy has not contacted me. Stacy is aggressive and condescending. I believe customer satisfaction should be a top priority and after numerous contacts it's obvious that California Closets only cared about the final bill of sale. I will not finish my room with them or refer to this sales person. Disappointed in service

We were in need of a new closet system after we found mold in our master closet and had it ripped out entirely. After some research we decided to go with California Closets. Cynthia was our designer and she was amazing!! All of our planning meetings were virtual due to COVID-19 but she walked me through everything with full transparency. An amazing job!. Every morning, when I walk into my new closet, I feel a sense of calm. I suspect that might sound a bit weird, but there is something remarkable about feeling that, at least one part of my life, is wonderfully organized. Fast forward few weeks after install and I contacted the company to rectify Linda's mistakes, and Julie was so helpful. She provided the customer service I expected from the start, if you have a chance say no to Linda and yes to Julie- she's very nice and professional and knows this business inside out! Thank you Julie for helping me out, I truly wish I had the experience I had with you instead of the one I actually had with the terrible Linda!

California Closets did a fantastic job from start, with the estimate, measurements, and renderings by Gerardo Soares, to finish with the installation. Our new closet is customized and well made AND was less expensive than the quote we'd received from our contractor.

Thank you Lylah and the whole team at California Closets! This is actually my second time going with them but there were a lot more details involved this time due to the amount of closets we had. Lylah was extremely helpful with taking initial measurements and providing us with the initial picture on what each closet would do for us. Through the design process we fine tuned the measurements for our pantry, linen and bedroom closets. These guys did my closets about 2 years ago and although they were a little expensive, you pay for quality, and that's what we got. 2 years later we are very happy with how all of our closets turned out!

A big "Thank you!" to California Closets! Our designer, Erika Bruno, was so helpful and informative; she spent lots of time suggesting styles and designs and listened attentively to our ideas for my office redesign. We also loved her 3D CAD program which allowed us to see what the finished product would look like on my laptop. The guys who came to install my new office did a great job and were pleasant, professional, and efficient.
