My wife and I had always wanted to get a custom closet made, and decided to go with a well known company. We received top quality service and the design consultant RP was able to answer all of our questions. Definitely go to their showroom a few times to get a sense of the colours and options that are available. First in-home consultation occurred Dec 21, 2019 and the installation occurred Feb 20, 2020. Just amazing service. Cat worked with us and we loved her. It was super easy to schedule our appointment and she was on time having called beforehand to get an understanding of what we needed. She brought a great selection of materials for us to choose from and then worked up an excellent design. We had some last minute thoughts on what additional items would meet our needs and Cat promptly and easily updated our designs. Great experience with Cali Closets this week! From the guy who tore out the closet bars and repainted them to the guys who installed the closets. Everyone was very professional, clean and very kind(it matters!). I would highly recommend this team. Taylor was great in helping me design the closet space both in my kid's bedrooms and the office/guest bedroom. She gave me some great ideas and great design. The folks at California Closets were fantastic. Brianne worked with us on the design. The crew did a terrific job (and had to deal with a room/ceilings/etc that were not quite square). Once the room was done, we realized we needed the edges sealed so that nothing would slide down in the areas where counter met wall. CC sent someone to us to take care of this. I recently had closet systems installed in 2 closets in my home by California Closets. This is the third time I've contracted with this company, and the two previous projects went fine. I am very shocked and very dissatisfied with the lack of customer service I received on this project (which cost $1600+). The closet designer I worked with was nice enough, however a mistake was made on one of the closets. This mistake resulted in less hanging space than what we discussed. We love our new closet system! At first I was like "for what" but when it was done I got all my stuff all organized! I don't even need dresser! Wow impressed!!!!!
