We have been happy with associated. We had an issue and repairs were needed. They were very diligent with making sure to address the repair and insure customer satisfaction. Thank you!
This was a yearly checkup. Citalli was friendly and professional. she cleaned and inspected the furnace and ductwork. She made sure air was flowing to all rooms and cleaned up after herself. We would definitely use Associated again.
This company is the best!!!! It has been the best investment I made! Twice a year they come to service my property. Every employees tied to this company is reliable, professional, courteous and ALWAYS do a great job! This year was no different! Your representative Araceli was on time, did a great job explaining everything in detail, she was knowledgable and did a thorough job. I was impressed with her work. She was very friendly and professional. This company has never let me down or cheated me.

We had a representative come To Our house this morning, Carlos Jijon, he was very very helpful with our questions, Mr. Jijon really payed attention to our concerns and explained everything thank you.
Another company told us our whole HVAC system needed to be replaced, which would've cost thousands. Something didn't feel right, so we called Associated for a second opinion. Their tech took the time to really check everything and found the actual issue -- a bad thermostat. They fixed it on the spot and got the system running perfectly again. It's rare to find that kind of honesty and thoroughness these days. I'm really grateful we called them.

Associated Heating & Air installed our HVAC system six years ago and they have inspected and maintained it every six months since then. The technicians are knowledgeable, professional, polite, and nice to deal with. They know their stuff and our system has never failed us. Highly recommended!

I requested to have a new air conditioner install. I found them through Costco. Associated Heating and Air came to the house today. Carlos was representative who wrote up the order. Carlos was friendly and professional. He answered all the questions my husband and I had. I would recommend them. There was no sale pressure.
