Amazing service. Lam Tran was my technician. I really can't thank him enough. Our AC unit was recently reinstalled but something malfunctioned and it stopped working. Lam has to be the most honest HVAC technician. He found a blown fuse and switched the incorrect settings on our Nest thermostat to match the correct wiring for the heat pump system and it solved the issue. Easy fix, no big repairs. I got his number and will be recommending him to everyone I know for their HVAC work. Thank you so much Lam.

Debra Lee Hill We just recently installed our second air and heating unit with Associated Heating and Air, Inc. Matthew Meadows, a senior installer, is outstanding! He is conscientious, extremely hard-working, kind and personable. He progressively explained and showed us pictures of his progress. This man is full of energy, optimism, and most importantly, loved on our poodles. We highly recommend Matthew Meadows!!!! 5 stars

This is the second time that I have worked with Leslie Urak, an outstanding technician with Associated Heating and Air, inc. This is an outstanding company to do business with. We had them replace our AC and furnace and are very happy with the entire experience and process. Our home is three stories high and they arranged for a crane, got the permits and installed the new equipment in less than a week. After the install, we observed some minor damage to the plaster on the wall around a new air intake they installed. We had a service call today and a technician named Citlalli came out to our residence. We have a piggy back unit furnace on bottom and air conditioner on top. She took the units apart showed us what was going on with them. Showed us monitor readings explained how what the readings should be. She was great and very knowledgeable.

My review is way overdue! Eric and team replaced my AC in March. The AC unit hadn't been replaced since the condo unit was built in the 90's. Needless to say, it was quite the project. The entire team did an exceptional job and I highly recommend calling them for a fair price and outstanding customer response time. They are an approved vendor through Costco. I can't thank their entire team enough for all their hard work and great attention to detail through the entire process.

Associated Air Conditioning recently put a Lennox split A/C unit at my house. Their team does excellent work. They made sure the installation looked very neat. They cleaned up the area when they were through. They explained how the system worked. I would highly recommend them to friends and family. I would definitely use them again.
