The last time I was at Ruth Chris was over 20 years ago in Los Angeles. I had an opportunity to go and celebrate a colleagues 30 year retirement dinner at her favorite restaurant. The waiter was very thorough and gave me the exact options I needed to hear for my meal. I had the lettuce wedge salad and it was ok. This specific salad had more of a creamy blue cheese dressing than the actual crumble blue cheese in it. It was lacking a lot of the flavor I was hoping to enjoy. We had a delicious dinner. Our filets were cooked perfectly and the seafood tower was presented well as as delicious as it looked. Dom was our server and provided exceptional service. He was attentive, kind and a pleasure. We will certainly come back.

This was my husbands first time visiting a Ruth Chris restaurant. We decided to have dinner at the RC uptown location on December 31st and then on to a Jazz spot a few blocks away. So first let me give a big KUDOS to our waiter Dom! Dom gave us the best customer service ever! He was knowledgeable about the menu, he was kind, checked on us and made suggestions for our meals. He really just made our experience great! The food of course was good but the service really enhanced our experience!
If you go to this location ask to be seated in Mikala's section. She was an amazing waitress!!! The bread and butter is amazing! AND the strawberry basil gimlet omg! Delicious!

We booked a private event for Christmas lunch and gift exchange at Ruth Chris's Uptown Charlotte location for our 18 employees. I can only say it exceeded all expectations. Working with Kathryn Bowhers on scheduling and coordinating the event was great. She made it so easy and was extremely pleasant to work with. I would like to say this was by far the best food experience I have ever had. My friend took me here for my Birthday, starting with the bread, fuji filtered water and the ceasar salad . I am so in love. Our waiter Ricardo was tremendously amazing. He made suggestions and...I have no more words to say. I am definitely going back if not for anything else it will be for the sweet potato casserole geeeeszzzzzuuuussss!!!!
