My husband and I decided to celebrate our 3rd anniversary here. This place is special to us--we first came 3 years ago, the day he proposed back in December 2021. The service was excellent, and the staff, including our waitress and her team, took great care of us. The food overall was good. I wasn't a fan of the Brussels sprouts or the cucumber-style mocktail, and the lobster bisque could've used a bit more cream, and Mac and cheese was bland with min lobster which wasn't good. Don't misunderstand me here- I'm a Halls Chophouse girl, but Ruth's Chris in Charlotte did a great job. Our server was friendly and kept coming back to check on us. My steak was cooked perfectly and so much flavor. The shoestring fries and so thin and crunchy. Loved the Brussel Sprouts with bacon too. Dom was an absolutely amazing server best we've ever had hands down. Pair that with the best steak I've ever eaten and we had the best meal I can remember. 150/10 recommend.
I want to do a huge shoutout to our server Dom, from the start he was so welcoming and attentive. He made this whole experience so special for my Bf and I, If anyone is considering going to Ruth's Chris Steak House, ask for Dom, you wont regret having such a passoniate server who enjoys what he does.
If there's one thing I can say about Ruth Chris Steakhouse, is without Dom the food wouldn't have been enjoyed half as much. He presented not only himself but the restaurant extremely well. My girlfriend and I will definitely be recommending this place to our friends. Dom helped us understand the menu and made sure we were not missing anything.

Love! Went here for a birthday dinner. Each dish came out so hot. Steak flavor was amazing. Ever had a steak cooked on a flat grill with no flavor? Not here! I love longhorn's ribeye so I got a ribeye here. I think my husband got a bone-in NY strip. We ordered the au gratin potatoes and sprouts for our sides (served fam style). We also had the crabcakes as an appetizer. The bread is good - hot and soft. We had a small carrot cake for dessert. The service was excellent. Perfect date night place.
The food was amazing, and the service was top-notch. Our server, Ryan, was incredibly friendly and gave us excellent food recommendations. The ambiance was perfect--cozy and relaxing. We can't wait to come back soon!
