We had an amazing time at their Michael Jordan wine room. Everything was absolutely delicious. Ricardo took great care of us and he made our special occasion particularly memorable. We will return soon!

We had a wonderful evening with friends and fabulous food! The filet was absolutely perfect! Dom and Jack were our waiters for the evening. Dom was very informative and friendly, and of course my friend and I loved being referred to as queens! Jack kept our glasses full and was very attentive also. We also loved that when the four of us were deep in conversation that they did not interrupt or try to rush us through our meal. I highly recommend a wonderful meal at the Uptown location!!

We decided we needed a night uptown so we headed over to Ruth's Chris uptown. It was a fabulous meal. The food was excellent. The very best part was the attentive, wonderful service we received from Dominque and Jack. We never had to ask for a thing. Dom was personable and we enjoyed over conversation with him. I promise we will be back, reservation in hand for Dom's section. Thank you for a wonderful Friday night out on the town!

First called placing a Togo order I was transferred to bar and without a answer was on hold for almost 10 min. I called back and explained that I was on hold for a while to place Togo. Host said they'd go let them know and then they answered immediately. I didnt know what to order and asked for suggestions. I was recommended a few items but ultimately told my steak order was great which also had both little seafood and steak. My family and I went to Ruth's Chris in Uptown this past Father's Day on 6/16/19 and had a bad experience. Our server was friendly enough and our entrees were pretty tasty. Those are the pros of the visit. Here are the cons: They were out of Lamb Chips (on Father's Day), which was unacceptable. Regarding our appetizers, the calamari was dripping wet with sauce, mushy, and not crispy at all. Erin is 100% the best server. She gave me the BEST recommendations - steak, wine, apps, desserts - the woman knows that menu! Everything she recommended was incredible. She even made sure to minimize my embarrassment when I spilled my wine everywhere... WHOOPS lol she immediately told me a story about her spilling wine and why I shouldn't feel bad. Just incredible. My friend and I decided to eat at Ruth Chris steak house yesterday and we were treated poorly to say the least. The server was being very rude and rolled her eyes every time we asked for an extra napkin or plate. We ordered the seafood platter and the lobster tails were green, literally green! I also notice the table behind me getting quicker and friendlier service than we were. I went here during Resturant week. I wanted to see if they steak was really that good or was it only hyped because of the name & prices. I realized it was hype in my opinion. For a steak that cost as much as it did I was expecting a lot more taste wise. My favorite steak spot in Charlotte is still Sullivan's.
