I have been going to this jiffy lube for close to 10 years. I have always been extremely satisfied with the service. Recently I went in for my regular maintenance. Must be new ownership because everything was out place. I was told numerous tasks were preformed that weren't (air in tires, vacuumed mats etc). Worst of all, my windshield washer fluid was refilled with +32degrees fluid. It immediately froze and has been frozen for months. WHO USES SUMMER TIME WINDSHIELD WASHER FLUID IN MONTANA??? The owner Dave is rude he don't return your phone calls the transfer case burnt up on my 19 year olds daughter's truck they they checked it and said it was full it burned up 200 miles later and basically They told me to stick it they are a bunch of lying thieves. They also told her to run high mileage in her half ton Chevy when it was double the cost of the oil change take advantage of a college girl really

Called this morning to make sure they could change my oil and fuel filter. Two fucking hours later and they tell me they don't have the right size socket. Are you fucking kidding me. Do you not know what tools you need before you tell someone you can take care of them. I'll never use them. Over priced and lie to customers. Buyer beware.

They told my college daughter her only option was a $75 oil change because of the miles on her car. That is three times as much as we have paid anywhere else including other jiffy lube locations. The only plus was that there was no waiting line.

FRAUD!! Avoid at all costs. I had my buddy take my car in for an oil change and they told him my brakes were metal on metal. If he hadn't checked with me he would have paid more than $400 to have them replaced. I had the breaks replaced less than 6 months prior. I took my car in to the place that replaced them and they said they still looked brand new. Total scam, do not trust. I am filing complaint with BBB

I've been to many Jiffy Lubes in different locations and have always had good reliable courteous service. The Jiffy Lube in Bozeman is terrible. The service staff explains your options in rapid fire speech despite being the only customer in the store. Decline vacuum was written on my form, which was a lie because I never declined that service. When questioned, I was told that the vacuum was broken. Really or were they just lazy? The restroom had a sign on it that it was out of service but two staff members used the facility ... read more

I have given this location 4 shots at an oil change. All times I have been 1 of only 2-3 cars there. They average time it has taken is 45min-1hr! Totally ridiculous. I used to be a loyal Jiffylube customer from the East Coast. They were fast and efficient. Not this location, avoid it or bring a long novel.

I have always gotten my oil changed at jiffy lube and have never had a problem. This was the first time we had used this jiffy lube location and it was a huge disappointment. It was overpriced and the service was terrible. I found a coupon for $15 off an oil change online and informed the attendant when I arrived that I had a coupon. Came in for a transmission flush & radiator flush late Sunday morning, with only 4 vehicles lined up. I was told it would be about a 1 hour wait, which ended up being over 2 hours. The greeter was friendly & polite, but the staff clearly needs more training. No vending machines & the wifi wasn't connected to the internet. New Owners are you reading this?
