Screw these guys. I took my car to get the transmission flushed. While they were working on it they said "power steering a low! Good thing it's not our problem!" They also started reving my car to see if it had a "rev limit" just all around horrible customer service! Don't take your car here even if your life depended on it!!!

Save yourself the headache and stay away from this business. 2 days ago I took my old pickup for service. What I got was an oil change. I got home checked my transmission fluid it did not even register on the stick looked underneath no grease fittings had been touched. Just returned from Speedy Lube and they confirmed it had not been Lube. Forget Jiffy Lube and wait for Speedy Lube. That was my mistake I was in a hurry beating Lube was busy. 54.00 for 4cyl Nissan speedy lube 40.00 just oil change said I didn't want inspection or any thing else had to wait 1/2 hr before I could Walk Away to do other things came back another 1`/2 hr still wasn't done (only one other vehicle in shop!) employees so impersonal asked why no answers told them would not be back unless they would do something didn't seem to care then like a robot said hope you come back

I experienced stupidity, ignorance and rudeness from a new employee of theirs (his first day), and he had the temerity to say to me, "I don't appreciate your attitude; you can go somewhere else." REALLY???????? I just paid almost $200 for work done and was returning for a fluid recheck. He didn't know his a$$ from first base; when I presented the receipt to him, he didn't even know what it was and was suggesting I was attempting to get a service free for which I wasn't entitled. Update: I received a phone call from the manager at the Bozeman Jiffy Lube profusely apologizing for the terrible experience I had at his Jiffy Lube. Dave was incredibly nice, articulate and made me feel that something good will come from my experience. I sure hope that the changes I was told would happen come to fruition. I appreciate the time Dave took to call me. Caroline F.

I have been taking cars here for 15 years. I have also been to many other Jiffy Lubes around the country. Today, I asked for regular oil in my car, not the premium synthetic oil which costs $30 more. I was advised they could not do it, store policy. Other Jiffy Lubes have done this in the past. Clearly, this is a money grab by this store. I will not be back. Loyal customer mistreated, bad business.

went in to get an oil change and they FORGOT TO PUT OIL BACK IN MY CAR! i drove 150 miles afterwards!!! attempting to be in contact with them has been a huge hassle and when i have spoken to them they called me a liar and claimed that they don't have any record of the oil change even though i have a physical copy of the receipt!!!!!!! i'm beyond pissed! also, dealing with corporate Jiffy Lube has proven to be quite the challenge as i've been promised contact twice and have not heard anything from them! i've taken my complain... read more

Didn't vacuum. Didn't clean windshield. Didn't check tires which caused hours lost on the road when it was found the tires were filled anywhere from 19 to 28. Return today after the trip to report. Unprofessional, dismissive and rude. Do not waste your money here.

This location is pretty bad. Shame too. I used to really dig the little guy with the mustache. The hard up sell just doesn't work for me. I won't go back.
