The new mechanic here, Don, is really making a difference for Jiffy Lube. The multiple times I've been to this location I have watched him take the time to show customers exactly what is happening with their vehicles. In fact, I have been one of those customers sticking my head into the engine with him while he shows me the work he's done. He is honest and knowledgeable. Had a good experience today getting synthetic oil change for my Subaru. A little pricey, but Katherine, the office manager, was polite, communicative all along the way and did a great job of keeping me posted about where my car was in the process. I might shop around for a better price next time, but the customer service was superb.

I had my oil changed there today in my 2007 car. They were very friendly and helpful. They had a phone charging station which I thought was a nice touch! However, it cost me $80!! Just seemed a bit high for an oil change. They listed all the other fluids they checked and that they washed my windows for "free". I would recommend this place as far as customer service goes, just don't expect a thrifty service....

Above and Beyond - This is the only place in town I get my oil changed. They are extremely fast and their staff is always courteous and kind. Last Friday evening I was in an incredible rush to get out of town and wasn't able to get my oil changed until 15 minutes before they closed. Chase, Derick and especially Katherine went out of their way to be friendly and welcoming even though I know changing my oil was cutting into their weekend. I am truly grateful to have this business in Bozeman. Two thumbs up!

Bringing a car to the shop for an oil change is rarely a particularly enjoyable experience. After a couple dozen past exchanges, I typically dread the occasion (and the up-selling, price gouging, etc. etc. that generally accompanies it). My car was having heating issues and a problem with the antifreeze, so I took it to Jiffy Lube 5 minutes before they closed--very rude on my part. The greeter came out and met me to hear me out... I popped my hood and they told me my antifreeze was frozen at the bottom of the reservoir. Just about to close for the weekend, they had me pull my car into the port to flush and add coolant. Just had my oil changed at another shop and the oil filter O ring was put in the wrong place. They figured out what was wrong, fixed it and didn't charge me. Thanks!
