My daughter took her car there for maintenance several times while going to MSU. She is no stranger to internal combustion engines, she is a Montana girl. These guys are the biggest scammers! Last time I used them (a long time ago due to this issue) they tried to sell me a new cabin filter since the one they showed me was filthy. I had just replaced mine and knew they were trying to sell me something I didn't need. Today they told me both my license plate light bulbs were out and they could install two more at $8 each. Overpriced oil change, plus they cracked my hubcap. Don't waste your time or your money.

$54 dollars to change NON SYNTHETIC oil should be more than enough for a decent quality oil change. If you want to get an oil change, especially those of you not using synthetic. DO NOT get your oil changed here. There's no reason you should EVER drop $54 on an oil change and get the lowest quality oil for non synthetic. They tried to charge $100 to get normal oil while masking it with "additional checkups." All we wanted was a simple oil change with not utter garbage oil. They f'd me over. Screw this jiffy lube. They charged me $80 for "european oil" when I told them exactly what I needed, which I found at auto zone for $15. They didn't even put my oil cap back on all the way which resulted in my fuel pump going out leaving me stranded. Service was absolute shit. Obviously no one there knows what they're doing. Terrible service. I stopped by hoping to get a full synthetic oil change on 12/02/2019. Only one vehicle was being serviced when I arrived, so I pulled up to an open bay. I waited for about two minutes for someone to greet me or ask what I needed. At least two of the employees looked at me, and made no effort to welcome me or communicate in any way. The employees not working on the first vehicle did not seem busy and continued talking to each other. I left after minutes of not being helped.

Unprofessional workers extremely slow service and attempting to force products and services upon customers that are not needed. I would not recommend this business to anyone. A simple routine oil change took 2 hours with only one vehicle in front of us.

Avoid at all costs. Went in. Had them look at a high mileage truck I had just bought. They recommended a total fluid change and some various other services. Everything seemed logical, I paid in advance and we set a date to drop it off / pick it up. I dropped it off at 8a on the day-of (as instructed). Came back 1-week later (as instructed). Why they call it "Jiffy" is beyond me. I recommend skipping this location if you have other plans that day. I have been to numerous Jiffy Lubes in other states and I can say without a doubt, I have never seen such a slow operation in my life. After 40 minutes my car was still in line. I would walk outside, look in the bays and from what I could see, they're was not an employee in the place that appeared to be in any hurry. Got into the car and left. Very disappointed.
