I used to really like this place years ago and decided to go back....wrong choice! The heavy set man who "greeted" me at the door wasn't friendly-at ALL. He was visibly annoyed and just stared at me, didn't ask what I needed. I sensed it immediately and was short and to the point with him. He huffed off to our vehicle and barked at us to give him mileage etc off of the vehicle (his job or don't be a jerk when asking) he was so rude, in fact, that we told him due to his pissy poor attitude we would be going somewhere else. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! My daughter went in for an oil change today and got upsold for a flush and filters she did not need. They took advantage of her lack of car maintenance knowledge to more than triple the amount that should have been charged. A 2013 car with low, all highway miles just needed an oil change, not all the bogus extras they charged her.

Took my 2004 Audi TT in for an oil change and coolant flush. Got home and realized the next morning a huge coolant spill on my garage floor from a leak. I went back to Jiffy Lube and explained to them that I came in there for service with no leaks and now I have one. They argued and would take no fault to help or remedy the situation. I asked for the franchise owner's number and was given one. Later on I called the given number and it was to the National Audobon Society. I will not come back here. Jiffy Lube was trying to upsell me from the get-go. They gave me incorrect information about the need to use synthetic oil in my car (they told me it was required for warranty, but when I called the dealer, they said no). Basically they were more expensive than others in town and did not seem trustworthy to me.

I have used Jiffy Lube for years, but will not be using this location ever again for two reasons: 1. The technician who rang me up told some stories that I believe were highly inappropriate to be discussing with customers. Things about how drunk he likes to get, how many girls he got in high school (which had to be decades ago) getting drunk with them over in Billings, and a detailed description of the physical looks of one girl in particular. 2. RUDE SERVICE Came in and tried to get My oil changed and I asked if I could leave my car and come pick back up later and they refused to do that. Came in the next day and mentioned the Yelp coupon I had and was shot down immediately saying they don't accept coupons unless they issue them. Rude service.

DO NOT GO HERE. They nearly ruined the engine in my Honda by mixing coolants, after i even TOLD them not to fill the coolant. My Honda runs a blue non-silicate coolant, and if you add normal green (silicate) coolant to it, it turns to a gel that will ruin your radiator. I ended up having to buy a brand new radiator and flush engine by myself. I later went back and asked to speak with a manager, and the guy at the desk told me "they don't have managers."
