My car died and everywhere in town was full, Justin the manager gave me some help over the phone and even offered to send help if I needed it but that felt too generous so I'm still stuck till the 18th but this is the type of place that will really look out for you!!
I came in on a Sunday afternoon for an oil change. When I pulled in there were three cars ahead of me. It took maybe twenty minutes before my vehicle was in the shop. The customer service was outstanding and all the techs were professional and efficient. The current rating of this place doesn't reflect my experience here at all.
Shout out to Harry and the team at this Jiffy Lube. This was my first ever Jiffy Lube experience and it won't be my last. In, out, and done in 20/25 minutes. Harry kept me posted along the way (they were busy too) and he was super helpful. They were efficient in getting my details and taking care of my truck. I will certainly return the next time I need my oil change. THANKS ALL.
