This place is fine if you don't mind waiting over an hour for an overpriced oil change. They vacuumed the car out and gave the usual services. Never had to wait this long for an oil change and there was little to no line. Workers were friendly however and they managed to remember to put oil back into the vehicle unlike some other customers here.

The guys were incrediably kind to my dog and me. Offered to replace washer fluids for free, were sincerely sympathetic when the issue with my car was too large for them to handle and had to refer me. They open the car door for me every time as well. Its the small things and these mechanics nail it. I wish it was full service because I would only go to them.

Oil and filter.Not taken in the order I arrived. Always trying to sell unnecessary services. Overall terrible

Horrible shop! Do not use this establishment. The staff there over tightened the oil pan plug (bolt) so much so it cracked the gasket. Oil leaked everywhere. . I've tried calling to give them to address this terrible performance. No call back! Forced me to go to a different shop Valvoline. They were super sympathetic and helped out right away. Over 1 quart of Oil leaked out into the environment.

This shop sells sub-standard products ...Wipers and filters fail and they won't honor any warranty...Erratic hours ....Poor service...Skimp on oil and coolant....Avoid this place...

What a HORROR SHOW. I know it's tough to find workers right now, but the bottom line is I am a consumer and this place, I can't say enough terrible things about it to be honest. First of all it took an hour and a half, second of all they were constantly talking crap about the customers, I also saw extremely unprofessional behavior. Left a panel lying on the driver's side floor, instead of putting it back together before returning the vehicle to me. They said they vacuumed, but clearly did not. They left oily fingerprints all over my car. It also was an expensive oil change, comparatively speaking. I had to ask someone to put the panel back, but it still isn't seated properly. I am sure they broke a tab somehow. The person who came out was to help was kind when I asked. Overall, I was disappointed in the service here.

Took my 1997 BMW in after it has been stored all winter to get all of the fluids checked and oil changed out. All went well until I left and was driving home. My car, which had not had any issues with the coolant prior to arriving, suddenly over heated and died after I pulled over. Checked it an there was no coolant in the reservoir. This should have been checked, filled, and was not. Went in the next day to tell them and they offered to give me some free coolant to go put in the car. Hopefully they did not damage it. Worst service of my life. Came through after Yellowstone trying to come home. They dropped our oil we waited an hour for someone to tell us they don't even have our oil now waiting on two hours here with two kids in 100 degrees as they roll their eyes at me and take care of nothing. Run away. Very demeaning to women and rolling their eyes at me.
