Jiffy, I guess is very subjective...what to one may be jiffy, to another may be snail pace. We took our Ram 2500 Cummins to this store on a Tuesday early am and waited 1.5 hours to have its oil changed. Granted like so many things post Covid, seemingly every business is understaffed, but c'mon, I could have had the Dodge dealer do it faster. I was just having car issues in a random parking lot, and unfortunately I didn't catch his name, but a super helpful employee in a Jiffy Lube jacket came over to help me. This random act of kindness made my day and he was so nice! I will be come here next time I need anything done. Thank you so much to him if he happens to see this!

Very efficient and timely. I did have one problem that came up after the oil was changed but was unrelated to the oil change. I brought the car back in with the problem and was again helped. Problem was resolved quickly and efficiently. Great service. Thanks guys!
Currently on the road on my way to Seattle and needed to get my oil changed. Was able to get in on a Sunday just before they closed and they were able to accomodate my oil change with no problem. Very quick in and out. Yes, it is very expensive relative to other shops in town, especially the Walmart down the street, but honestly they deserve the 4 stars because they were able to get me in right before they closed and in and out quick without any fuss. UPDATE 12/2/19: After reading my review Jiffy Lube reached out to me and decided to refund me the cost of the battery. I really appreciated their customer service efforts and their understanding of the situation. They even noted that they would appreciate a second chance next time I'm due for an oil change.

I've always had great service here. Most oil changes are done within a half hour, unless they are really busy.
Excellent customer service on this very cold and snowy day. The new mechanic, Don, is very knowledgeable and courteous. They were all very friendly and I was out of there quickly. I will definitely keep going back to this location.
Came here for an oil change and a tire rotation. They were able to get me in really quickly. Fast friendly, overall good experience.
