They were referred to us by AHS which started out great when their ex-employee James. Simultaneously we filed an insurance claim w/ hippo. James came out and inspected the crawl space leak with my brother and wrote up the paperwork. Sent by American Home Shield. The first technician they sent out was very pleasant but did not have enough time to fix the problem. He did get approval from AHS to fix the problem however. The next day another technician came out who was very rude and obnoxious, pointing out everything that was wrong with my water heater and the re-pipe that was done (both these items were replaced by another contractor with American Home Shield). Very poor management and customer service. Plumber came out on 12/6/24 and diagnosed water heater as leaking and needed to be replaced. I scheduled replacement for about 2 weeks later but plumber brought the wrong size water heater and it wouldn't fit. I scheduled another replacement for 12/24/24 but a no show. I scheduled again for 12/31/24 and thankfully the plumber was knowledgeable and did a good job replacing the water heater. Horrible service. They were sent to us through HomeServe. They sent us a form to fill out with details of the issue. We have a leak somewhere in our home and we do not know where. Water company informed us. The tech showed up and did not know why he was here. He did not have the right tools so they had to reschedule which meant we had to wait another 4 days. If I could give no stars, I would. This crap of a business has rescheduled on us 3 TIMES!!! The Tech Terry Mcgarey has not kept us in the loop on his arrival when he's supposed to come and we keep having to call the main number, they call he doesn't answer them & all we need is for them to replace the water heater. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY! They are absolutely Terrible!

Wish you take star away, they are that bad. They responded to my home warranty on 12/22 for a broken water heater. Now 2/8 and even with weekly calls, I am still waiting on Brianne to reach out to Tech Joey on the status. They are horrendous, slow, incompetent, unprofessional and utterly useless and that the nicest things I could say. Avoid them, you'd better off you tubing it and completing it yourself.

RUN!!!! They're extremely unreliable not cheap either. Plumbers didn't even know what the problem was and he was already stating that if I had a broken pipe they couldn't repair? He wasn't allowed to close the main water valve!!! so what do you do as a plumbing company ??? what a handyman can do?? PLEASE LOOK AT THE COMPLAINTS INTHE BBB WEBSITE.
