We have water heater coverage through duke energy. When our 20 year old water heater ruptured Duke Energy dispatched Hers & His Plumbing. They were very professional and fast. Plumber had us send him photos of our water heater and he picked up a replacement on the way. Duke covers up to $1000 so no cash out of pocket. We will definitely use them in the future if need arises.

Thank you so much American Home Shields (my home warranty) for giving me Hers & His Plumbing. Felix was excellent and gave me detailed information of what my problem was with my shower head leak. I even had another plumber previously with the same issue but I did not want that plumber to come back to Finish the job. I was so impressed with Fleix that I will continue to ask for him at this company.

This was a warranty repair for American Home Shield. I made the request Friday Night and Hers and His contacted me via phone, text, and email Saturday morning for a Monday morning appointment slot. Jeff arrived promptly near the beginning of the window wearing a mask. I have a hybrid hot water heater. Zachary from hers and his plumbing went above and beyond to obtain a replacement while it was under manufacturer's warranty. He was much more helpful than the actual manufacturer. In between the manufacturer and my home warranty company, he spent untold hours on line, on hold, and on the phone. In addition he did an excellent job replacing the hot water heater during the Covid crisis. Daniel is a plumber with this company, and he's been a great resource. He stayed in constant communication and put my mind at great ease because I could not be at the house while he repaired our plumbing issues. He went out of his way to check and repair multiple issues that we had no idea were a problem. He also diagnosed how the problems arose and recommended we not use certain corrosive cleaning products in the future. He sent photos to verify his work and was pleasant and helpful. Avoid this contractor. Warranty service sent them out. The guy turned on the water, saw the leak. Took a pic then left us with a $315 estimate. Never took it apart, check it thoroughly or attempt to repair. I ended up fixing it and scolded the warranty service.

They came way late, took one look seeing the leak, went to their truck and came back asking for $315. Brand new equipment was there by me. Complained to the company and my warranty set ice HomeServe. Be aware!!

I had an afternoon appointment with HIS/HER'S PLUMBING. It was for the afternoon and I waited the full afternoon only for the guys to show up afternoon 6:00 PM. It was for a garbage disposal and within 2 minutes he said I need a new disposal. Not only was he late but he charged $50 for the visit. He also quoted me a $650 fee for a new disposal that could be bought at Home Depot for $165. This company will over charge even if they are late for appointments and for their overall service. Before I did this review I called this company multiple times to try to resolve my issue. Never did anyone ever call me back. I had worked with Nathan K. during the repipe due to some issue with how they performed the repipe. He corrected my issue and I was happy with the finished look. At the same time they were repiping my home the HVAC unit went out 10/6/2024. I asked if they would give a quote to replace this unit ($10,145.00) I approved to replace it.
