America Home Shield sent them to repair my toilet. Because of the plumber telling AHS a statement he was totally not qualified to state they refused to pay for the repair. The plumber left an unsealed toilet allowing sewer gas into the house. Worst plumbing company I have ever dealt with.

Impossible to get a hold of on the phone. My Home Warranty Company selected them to fix my garbage disposal. They called one and left a voice message, I tried calling back for almost 2 weeks but could never get a hold of anyone. I finally told my home warranty company to select someone different.

They tried to shaft the wrong customer. Just needed a toilet tank kit replaced and shut off valve replacement. Instead they tell me we need a whole new toilet and replacement of inlet water pipe with a $500.00 estimate. Had a local plumbing company come next day, replace toilet tank kit and replace shutoff valve, total bill was $105.36! This place attempted to rip us off! I wouldn't use them EVER!

Completely incompetent staff. Made a service call through mt home warranty and after three visits the issue was still not fixed. Now we have thousands of dollars in water damage and no one will answer the phone.

My opinion is that the technician is a "hot head". The appointment was for him to to asses the situation. After he assessed the problem he said, "I have that in my van." and walked to his van. Later I had to go to his van to ask him to please turn back on the water, so my daughter could finish her shower. (yes, he turned off the water without any notice or saying "I am going to turn off your hot water"). When I told him I had to leave the house for about 20 minutes he was upset. This company was sent to me by American Home Shield Really bad customer service. Technician came to my home to replace a kitchen faucet. When I was explaining the issue he said he was the plumber and he would tell me what the issue was. After examining the the faucet he determined it was a sprayer problem. I had told him it was a valve problem. He replaces the sprayer but that didn't fix the issue. He then determined that the entire faucet needed to be replaced. Made a 72 year old woman move a washer to fix a utility sink... My mother who had a heart attack in February was asked to move the washer. When she asked the technician to do so, he responded that he couldn't touch it... Really?? This is the level of service one should expect? Where was the common sense... Oh, it gets better.. He had the audacity to message me to complain. That alone speaks for itself. Not happy. Oh did I mention it took them 4 months to get back to fixing it. Contracted through American Home Shield...

same as everyone else here dont bother with this company ask for another one not only bad service no one ever picks up the phone and no one shows up for the appointments not even a courtesy call horrible service dont now how there still in business

I had called American Homeshield for my father and they assigned this company to us. They came to his house and claimed that since, he did not a ball valve they would need to charge him $219 plus the service fee. Do not use this company ask for another when dealing with a warranty company!
