So grateful to FCI Heights! Our stairs were obviously built very rushed like many newer houses in this area and the front part of the stair on each step was becoming loose. We were worried about safety and wanted this fixed ASAP, but with it being right before the holidays I was worried we wouldn't be able to get it done for a while. They did such an amazing job with our first floor! They refinished our wood floors, and re-tiled our fireplace, kitchen backsplash, and laundry room. Everything looks beautiful! Camilo, our point of contact, was so knowledgeable and patient. We were first time homeowners and we wanted some updating and he guided us through the entire experience. I had runners installed on top of my bare hardwood stairs. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would! They were professional and courteous from sales to installation to follow-up. I got design help from the friendly sales rep who came to my house - he measured my stairs and provided quotes for each type of carpet I was considering. Prompt, professional, and affordable. Truly a wonderful experience. Reinel and his team refinished a wooden staircase and matched and replaced damaged planks on another staircase.
I submitted a Yelp request and received a friendly and prompt return. I was able to schedule a consultation and have my carpet in a week later. Very good customer service throughout my experience and very good quality labor and product. It looks beautiful.

We'd ordered carpeting from Lowe's specifically choosing a carpet that was in stock and ready to install. Paid full amount. Lowe's called back saying carpet was back ordered til mid-July. So we called FCI and got a consult the next morning. We select a carpet and price was comparable (within $200) with install the next week including a long staircase and furniture moving.
