Reinel was great to work with and very accommodating. I purchased a home in Houston and was relocating from Arizona. Reinel managed and arranged everything with me remotely. The carpet install was right on time and the crew did excellent job - even vacuumed the house on the way out! Very professional company from beginning to end.

I highly recommend using this company. The owner was amazing to work with. He patiently helped me select a tile that matched our new countertops. The employees that demoed and installed were very professional and completed the job on time. I thought the price was reasonable as well. We had our bathroom floors and shower tiled, a new glass door installed, and new plumbing hardware. We will use this company in the future for all bathroom tile and flooring.

We just bought a 12 year old house and the pine floors were dull and splattered with paint in every room, even on the wood trim. Reinel Solano is very knowledgeable and quickly helped us decide the best solution and his team at Floor Coverings International did an amazing job buffing the floors, removing the paint and sealing with a clear coat for protection. I could not be happier with Reinel Solano and this company and the two rooms they did for me. They took out the carpet and put beautiful tile in my home office and wood floor in my main bedroom. The transitions and quarter-round and alignment and materials all look GREAT. Thanks!

Reinel has a wonderful team that does professional work. They took the carpet off my steps carefully so not a lot of dust. Then the work to lay new wood steps went along quickly without a hitch. They are beautiful and the mess was minimal. Price was good and I would use them again.

The floors are gorgeous! Oscar was pleasant to work with. Reinel responded quickly to any concerns. Due to living in another city, I had some scheduling problems. They worked with me to complete the project and accommodate my schedule. On the last day, Reinel and his crew spent a few hours making sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. On a Friday night, Reinel went out of his way to drop off carpet to protect my floor, bring cleaners, and educate me on how to care for my floors. This was above and beyond! ... read more

They advertise doing residential, yet when I just called in they said that it was a "smaller job that we usually do". Bryce didn't even bother to get my square footage! I happen to have 3 rental properties and this was the one I wanted to pick someone to gauge if I want to use them on the rest, oh well...there are lots of other installers.
