I am so pleased from start to finish with my new bamboo floors from Floor Coverings International Houston Heights. The consultant who came to my house was able to answer all my questions and make some great suggestions for what would look best with my type of house and brick. I really enjoyed working with Floor Coverings International. Everyone I talked to was very friendly and helpful. Turnaround time from call to consultation to installation was quick and easy. They installed a stair runner in my townhome. It only took a day, and the finished product looks awesome!

Project: residential; 90 sq ft bathroom mortar bed and tile install (walls and floor approx. 270 sq ft). My experience with Floor Coverings was by far the best out of every contractor I've worked with. Some of the highlights: 1) Everyone was on time - Salesperson, Chris, scheduled a meeting time at my house and arrived on time as promised. Start time was consistent through the entire week of work. I was unsatisfied with the cost to value received because the final product wasn't what I expected. I was originally hesitant because their quote was quite a bit higher than another company's, but decided to go with them with the hopes of higher quality work for the extra money. After selecting the carpet material, I found out that the pattern didn't come in a size large enough for the master bedroom after installation was done, which was an issue when it came to the seam connecting the two pieces. Floor Coverings International did a great job on the two rooms of flooring I had installed. The flooring itself was installed beautifully, and the people I worked with were all extremely nice, attentive, and cared about the quality of the work and my satisfaction at the end of the job. Additionally, having the ability to look at floor samples in my house and discuss the pros and cons (with respect to types of flooring, quality of materials, colors, etc.) added value that I couldn't find with other flooring providers. Of all the contractors and remodeling companies we have worked with, Floor Coverings International has been the best. We got quotes from them and Joe's Hardwood floor for refinishing two sets of stairs. Reinel went through the process and gave us a fair quote on the spot. Top quality flooring with superb customer service. Throughout the selection process, Reinel took the time to explain the various options, providing real samples to help me envision the finished product. He was also flexible with installation dates.
