Reinel has a wonderful team that does professional work. They took the carpet off my steps carefully so not a lot of dust. Then the work to lay new wood steps went along quickly without a hitch. They are beautiful and the mess was minimal. Price was good and I would use them again.

The floors are gorgeous! Oscar was pleasant to work with. Reinel responded quickly to any concerns. Due to living in another city, I had some scheduling problems. They worked with me to complete the project and accommodate my schedule. On the last day, Reinel and his crew spent a few hours making sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. I had a wonderful experience working with Floor Coverings to get my carpet replaced in my house. Reinel came over during a weekend to give me an estimate and show me samples, my wife was really pleased because she was able to see the samples at home in the light of the house and next to our furniture and walls so she was able to make the best possible decision. I have been wanting (needing) to replace the carpet on my 2nd and 3rd floors for over 6 years. Since I'm not a fan of carpet, I wanted hardwood that would match the 1st floor. I checked out Floors International after having a somewhat disappointing look at a big box hardware store. Nothing wrong there, it just wasn't right. I contacted Floor Covering International and they responded within hours (if not minutes) and scheduled them to bring an assortment of samples directly, later that same week. Every appointment we had they emailed post scheduling, texted day before to verify window of arrival, and notified us day of, prior to arriving.
