They did an amazing job on floors! It was not too expensive compared to other companies that I researched . My floors were in terrible shape and now they look amazing !

Excellent service and products all around. Sales person was lovely. Brought samples to the house which allowed us to examine how the floors would match the other areas of the house. Painless and easy installation process. The installation team completed three rooms of flooring in one day, moving our large furniture out and back into the rooms. Good communication. The entire FCI team was great. What we thought was going to be a relatively simple job of removing hardwoord, repairing portions of the subfloor and installing LVP turned into a much larger job requiring total replacement of the subfloor and replacement of floor joists. The team was communicative throughout the entire project and the final result was better than I could have imagined.
This is a classic tale of why you should always get competitive quotes before committing. FCI sent me a quote for wool carpet that seemed extremely high, and it turns out my instincts were spot on. I had also requested a quote from a distributor for the same Earth Weave carpet, and they came in at $92/sq yard compared to FCI's $121. When I asked FCI for an install-only price, they suddenly bumped it up by $3,000.
