I was unsatisfied with the cost to value received because the final product wasn't what I expected. I was originally hesitant because their quote was quite a bit higher than another company's, but decided to go with them with the hopes of higher quality work for the extra money. Floor Coverings International did a great job on the two rooms of flooring I had installed. The flooring itself was installed beautifully, and the people I worked with were all extremely nice, attentive, and cared about the quality of the work and my satisfaction at the end of the job. Additionally, having the ability to look at floor samples in my house and discuss the pros and cons (with respect to types of flooring, quality of materials, colors, etc.) added value that I couldn't find with other flooring providers. Of all the contractors and remodeling companies we have worked with, Floor Coverings International has been the best. We got quotes from them and Joe's Hardwood floor for refinishing two sets of stairs. Reinel went through the process and gave us a fair quote on the spot. Once work began, Raphael and Moses went above and beyond to make sure our furniture was protected from the sawdust from the sanding. Top quality flooring with superb customer service. Throughout the selection process, Reinel took the time to explain the various options, providing real samples to help me envision the finished product. He was also flexible with installation dates. During installation, Raphael was time-efficient and very clean. I really appreciate that he placed butcher paper on my floors to help protect them from dirt picked up on shoes coming in from outside. Chris and Reinel were extremely helpful in helping me pick out the right carpet for my home. They spent the time with me to make sure I understood the different types of carpet and helped me pick one that fit my budget. We had some communication issues at the beginning regarding timing and scheduling of the work, but they did a great job addressing our concerns and the finished product (an installed runner on a curved staircase) was exceptional.

We replaced the carpet on our staircase with wood flooring. Reinel was very professional, kept us informed and followed up to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. The installer did great work using quality materials, accommodated our schedules and was very courteous and professional. The turnkey pricing was competitive with no additional surprise charges

They did a great job installing porcelain tile in two of my bathrooms. I would definitely call this company again if I need further work done in the future. And to top it off, Reinel sent an actual cleaning crew over the next day to make sure everything was as they found it. I was very impressed by this since the installers left it in good shape when they finished. I have received compliments on the tile; Reinel helped me pick it out. I'm so glad I found this company!
