I requested a quote from this business and immediately got a response and an appointment for Mr Camilo Santos to come out and look at my floors. As soon as I met Mr Santos I knew that I was going to do business with this company, he was extremely knowledgeable and very honest up front with what I needed. I used the franchise on Mitchelldale Street here in Houston. My floor in the kitchen and den were a huge mess. Our carpets look great! Quick to respond and brought a mobile showroom with colors and options to my house. Carpeted our entire second floor in one afternoon. They left a few marks on the walls but luckily I had some spare paint for touch ups. Overall, a great experience, and less expensive/more communicative than other options.

They were very good with communication making sure I had all my questions answered. I explained that I had a move in date and needed the old carpet removed and new laminate flooring installed in a bedroom. They were able to get the flooring installed when I wanted and installation was also quite good. My only small issue was the cost seemed a little high, considering it was laminate flooring. On the other hand perhaps it follows the old saying "you get what you pay for" and this experience was very professional and easy.

Wonderful experience. From the start - with the consult with Reinel, the installation and the check in after everything was wonderful. They took the time to answer my questions, offered to order more samples to calm my worries about coloring and pattern. Once the decision was made, they setup the install and had it completed in one day. I appreciate all their hard work and check in with after.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! We had an awesome experience with Reinel, Oscar and the team. They remodeled 2 bathrooms for us and replaced our entry way tile. They provided transparent pricing, was very responsive and professional. The project was on time and within budget. We will definitely use them again!
Reinel has been a joy and delight to work with and the carpet in my bedroom is the softest and coziest I've ever walked on! Although, the installers accidentally messed up some of the baseboard trim, Reinel solved that issue politely and quickly, which is why I'll be hiring him and his company for our 3rd upcoming project in the kitchen and breakfast. Highly recommend Reinel and Floor Coverings International for your flooring needs!
