FCI worked on two different projects for us. Both consisted of replacing the old floors with new hardwood and/or carpet. They were easy to work with, gave good recommendations, and communication was easy. We were happy with the work and quality of their products. When we brought up a small issue, they were quick to address and correct it. Would work with them again.

From start to finish, this company was great to work with. Reinel responded very promptly with a quote for the job and offered a couple different solutions. His associate, Oscar, came out to see the home within a couple days. We set up a time to complete the work the following week; they were accommodating to my schedule. My laminate floor sustained water damage, and I was looking for a company to replace the damaged floor boards and fix two other areas where the floor was flexing too much. Working with Floor Coverings International could not have been easier. You reach out to them, and they will come to your house for a consultation. During that consultation, they will help you decide what features you want in your new flooring, and then they will go out to their truck and bring back samples. You'll look at the samples, pick out what you want, and then they'll measure the space for the installation and give you a quote. I contacted Floor Coverings International to request a quote for stair runners for a 4 story property I own. They were extremely quick to respond and sent Camilo to meet me at the exact time they said he would arrive. Camilo was fantastic!
