They were very good with communication making sure I had all my questions answered. I explained that I had a move in date and needed the old carpet removed and new laminate flooring installed in a bedroom. They were able to get the flooring installed when I wanted and installation was also quite good. My only small issue was the cost seemed a little high, considering it was laminate flooring. On the other hand perhaps it follows the old saying "you get what you pay for" and this experience was very professional and easy.

Wonderful experience. From the start - with the consult with Reinel, the installation and the check in after everything was wonderful. They took the time to answer my questions, offered to order more samples to calm my worries about coloring and pattern. Once the decision was made, they setup the install and had it completed in one day. I appreciate all their hard work and check in with after.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! We had an awesome experience with Reinel, Oscar and the team. They remodeled 2 bathrooms for us and replaced our entry way tile. They provided transparent pricing, was very responsive and professional. The project was on time and within budget. We will definitely use them again!

Reinel has been a joy and delight to work with and the carpet in my bedroom is the softest and coziest I've ever walked on! Although, the installers accidentally messed up some of the baseboard trim, Reinel solved that issue politely and quickly, which is why I'll be hiring him and his company for our 3rd upcoming project in the kitchen and breakfast. Highly recommend Reinel and Floor Coverings International for your flooring needs!

So grateful to FCI Heights! Our stairs were obviously built very rushed like many newer houses in this area and the front part of the stair on each step was becoming loose. We were worried about safety and wanted this fixed ASAP, but with it being right before the holidays I was worried we wouldn't be able to get it done for a while. They did such an amazing job with our first floor! They refinished our wood floors, and re-tiled our fireplace, kitchen backsplash, and laundry room. Everything looks beautiful! I had runners installed on top of my bare hardwood stairs. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would! They were professional and courteous from sales to installation to follow-up. I got design help from the friendly sales rep who came to my house - he measured my stairs and provided quotes for each type of carpet I was considering.
