Carlos from floor coverings international did an exceptional job! Carlos installed vinyl floors in our home for 2 rooms and 2 closets. He is very experienced and worked diligently. FCI worked on two different projects for us. Both consisted of replacing the old floors with new hardwood and/or carpet. They were easy to work with, gave good recommendations, and communication was easy. We were happy with the work and quality of their products. When we brought up a small issue, they were quick to address and correct it. Would work with them again.
From start to finish, this company was great to work with. Reinel responded very promptly with a quote for the job and offered a couple different solutions. His associate, Oscar, came out to see the home within a couple days. We set up a time to complete the work the following week; they were accommodating to my schedule. There is no doubt restoring a floor is a big job requiring attention to detail, moving furniture, disconnecting stereo and computer components as well as clearing tables. Then when the job is done everything is done in reverse. Full house add-ons or restorations require moving out for several days. I like to do things myself, but this is not one of them. My laminate floor sustained water damage, and I was looking for a company to replace the damaged floor boards and fix two other areas where the floor was flexing too much.
