Updating review to reiterate this company's commitment to quality, customer service, and satisfaction. I had an unfortunate accident that caused large gouges/scratches in my beautiful flooring that FCI had installed a couple of years ago. Knew I wanted to call them again to ensure the fix was done to the same stellar quality as the initial install - so happy I did. Couldn't be happier with our new floors! They installed hardwood in the bedroom & stained it to match existing floor. The new bedroom floor was laced into existing floor - see the picture - looks beautiful! We had the existing floors sanded & stained - the stairs were NOT done. Chris did a great job with the estimate and explained everything thoroughly. followed up quickly with all questions. very nice. very knowledgeable. Oscar and his guys were the best with the installation!! worked a long hard day. very careful moving furniture. cleaned the subfloor thoroughly. cut and measured carefully. cleaned up thoroughly. Highly recommend this group!!! did a great job taking a pattern up a curved staircase too!!

The entire FCI team was great. What we thought was going to be a relatively simple job of removing hardwoord, repairing portions of the subfloor and installing LVP turned into a much larger job requiring total replacement of the subfloor and replacement of floor joists. The team was communicative throughout the entire project and the final result was better than I could have imagined.

Carlos from floor coverings international did an exceptional job! Carlos installed vinyl floors in our home for 2 rooms and 2 closets. He is very experienced and worked diligently. He was able to walk us through his process and let us know what kind of flooring is good or bad and left us recommendations of what to do for future maintenance.
