Great design consultants (separate) from installation and project managers. That trio works well together and the process is efficient, communication is great, and the value is great. Thank you for the excellent job, attention to detail, and cleanliness (during and after installation).

Camilo and Oscar were an excellent team. Camilo spent a lot of time working with me on choosing the right color and style and walked me through my many questions on the process and expectations. Oscar really put the job together by helping ensure the team did top notch work and actually completed the job in half the time expected. I am very, very pleased with the final results! I would suggest giving Floor Coverings International in the Heights a call for a bid on work. The flooring looks exceptional. Thank you.

Working with Floor Coverings International could not have been easier. You reach out to them, and they will come to your house for a consultation. During that consultation, they will help you decide what features you want in your new flooring, and then they will go out to their truck and bring back samples. You'll look at the samples, pick out what you want, and then they'll measure the space for the installation and give you a quote. Yes, Reinel, in answer to your question......what you can do for me is pay me for the articles of clothing and jewelry that was stolen by your crew. $1,000 should just about cover it. Let me know about this. I also will be contacting an attorney. Went to put on a blouse for Thanksgiving today and guess what?! It was gone! I am still cussing your people! And I am mad.

I contacted Floor Coverings International to request a quote for stair runners for a 4 story property I own. They were extremely quick to respond and sent Camilo to meet me at the exact time they said he would arrive. Camilo was fantastic! He brought samples with him and I showed him a general idea of what I was looking for. I requested a quote from this business and immediately got a response and an appointment for Mr Camilo Santos to come out and look at my floors. As soon as I met Mr Santos I knew that I was going to do business with this company, he was extremely knowledgeable and very honest up front with what I needed. I used the franchise on Mitchelldale Street here in Houston. My floor in the kitchen and den were a huge mess. Our carpets look great! Quick to respond and brought a mobile showroom with colors and options to my house. Carpeted our entire second floor in one afternoon. They left a few marks on the walls but luckily I had some spare paint for touch ups. Overall, a great experience, and less expensive/more communicative than other options.
