Jeff Frank did a great job designing my pantry and Joe did a great job installing. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to update and maximize space. I'm putting my closets on my wish list for the future

Tori worked with my schedule to find a time that was convenient for me to come over for a consultation. She walked me through what would happen during the appointment, then whipped out her tape measure! Tori measured all of my closets thoroughly and told me some things about how they were built I hadn't known and how that could affect what kind of system would work best. I have built two custom homes and used California Closets both times, most recently in March 2015. I selected California Closets because their product allows for much more of a custom design than other vendors (my designs were very complicated and featured many custom components). My design consultant, Jeff, worked with me to get a proper balance of design and price. My head installer, Pablo, did a very nice job and overall installation quality was good. I called California Closets to arrange for an estimate. An appointment was promptly scheduled based on my availability. John C. Winbery Senior Architectural Design Consultant came to my home and provided expert advice on how best to maximize the limited space based on what my needs were. I received drawings and an estimate the next day, and the closet was installed the following week. I highly recommend John the consultant and Jay the installer - both were a pleasure to do business with!
CC installed my closets and some bookshelves in my new Washington D.C. apartment. The designer, Marcia, came to meet with me at the apartment and we discussed what I wanted. She was knowledgeable and helpful about the design possibilities, and also pointed out ways in which I could save money, which I appreciated. After an initial hiccup and misunderstanding, California Closets resolved the issues with my new closet. After the right people at the company became aware that I wasn't pleased with the initial communication and response, they visited several times and were determined to make things right. My first experience with California Closets was about 12 years ago and it was a great experience. With less than 450 sf to work with customizing my one closet allowed me to skip getting a dresser and other items that would have crowded a small bedroom.
