Very impersonal designer in Morgan Haynie. Very impolite. We wanted to do 4 closets but for some reason we were asked to prioritize 2-3, not sure why as if the implication being that we can't afford to do all 4. We heard good things based on feedback but our own first impression was very business like impersonal Millennial who was only concerned about our budget and did not make the effort to understand our needs. HORRIBLE! Every single measurement that was taken was wrong. We had 5 rooms done with extensive closets, office space, bars, etc., and nothing is finished. Everything was to be completed 3 months ago, but they don't return phone calls, emails, call to the corporate office don't produce results. I paid for wine storage and they completely ignored the heating vent. Just built over it -- cooking my wine. Now I have to find a competitor to finish the job. Pathetic!

Spent near $2300. Check out the result. I am shocked, wouldn't you? The company responded that I approved the blueprint. My comment: how can an average customer imagine the full result from a blueprint which, at most, gives you an idea of the closet layout and measurements? Anyone in their right mind would approve a closet which is cut off at the middle and leaves their clothes exposed to a naked wall?

Well all I can say is I'm sorry I did business with this company !!! Waited 5 weeks for the install they sent me a time the installer would show up which was 9:30 to 10:30 and he showed up at 8:20 and we were not ready for him that early. He got mad and told us he was calling his office which in turn they called us asking why we weren't ready ? I told the the company he was early and we we're planing on 9:30 at the earliest. My consultant Branden R. Zimmerman never showed up for our appointment. He kept changing the appointment time and then changing it again. So unprofessional. My time wasn't valued as a customer and I am going to consult with Closet Works.

Be aware of Kyndal Gamble . She started with our project and completed the design. She backed out on pricing 2 times. This broke our trust and we had to cancel the order.

I am a designer and work with a lot of products and vendors. In my opinion, California closets are completely overpriced for the quality of them. They have nice designs, but I've seen much better craftsmanship from small shops. I recently moved into a condo with a California Closet so I have had the experience of it every day. It's only 3 years old and the drawers sometimes creep open and it doesn't feel sturdy or high end at all. Way overpriced. There are much better solutions out there!

Slow! Go with people who will respect you as a customer. If I'm spending $$$ I expect good communication and prompt design drafts. Who has 2 weeks to wait on a simple closet design?
