We had CA Closet do a complete redesign of our master bedroom closet. Angela Sahni our designer worked with us and was fantastic. She was so knowledgeable in the design process and worked hard to get us just what we wanted to achieve. We went through 3 designs and her guidance was so helpful. Our reach-in bedroom closet was too small and the space was hard to use. CC probably increased the useful space by half again, and it's pretty. We had on thing that wasn't 100 percent, and there was no hesitation in sending out a rep to make it perfect. our rep, Rhonda Dinardo, was totally helpful in assessing what we wanted and what the space would handle.

This review is just for the consultation with Colleen Cuff! Colleen was fantastic to have for our consultation, she was communicative, timely, and pleasant. When my husband and I got sick and had to reschedule she was understanding and accommodating. It was great to see the designs coming together on her laptop. Willa was the reason I decided to do business with California Closets. I called around to several different companies to compare designs and pricing. When I called to schedule the initial appointment with California Closets, Willa immediately responded by email to request a good time to talk about my closet needs. It took forever for the installation to happen (because of COVID), but I'm very pleased with our new reach-in closet. Looks great! Jennifer worked with me to create a design for it. She was very responsive and came to the house a few weeks before the installation appointment to make sure the space was ready for them. It's pricey, but I don't regret it.

MyJoanna Stayton should have used California Closets. My wife wants to know if they will send out Kurt Russel to do our closet.
