It all looked great at the beginning but now the shelves are falling off the wall. I have been calling service for a week but all you get is voicemail and no call back. Apparently all they care about is the sale. Now you are warned,

A wonderful experience from start to finish. Lylah is a design genius and the installers were professional, courteous, followed all covid rules, and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend this company and their staff.

Had a very nice downside master closet built- good job and no immediate issues. Requires some extra options (belt rack, laundry, etc.) and cannot get a return call. Called left VM, no call back, finally after 3rd try, got a call back and they said someone else has to call me. That was over a week ago. Poor customer service POOR. Too bad as would have used them again.

this business is NOT open. it says it's open on its site, and even gives hours. but it's wrong. it is NOT OPEN to the public and they WONT answer the door. FYI.

We recently had California Closets design and install the walk-in closet in our bedroom. Linda Swon, our designer, worked with us in person and on Zoom. She did a wonderful job maximizing the utility of the space while staying within our budget. Yovanny Perez was our installer. He was punctual, efficient, tidy and friendly - a consummate professional. Overall, a great experience.

We were very impressed with the designer, Silviya. She came up with a wonderful design. We had to wait 2 months to get installed. The installation was fine except there was a damaged mirror door that we thought would be replaced quickly. Be prepared to wait and get the run around. I called every other day starting February 1st. You leave a message, they will call you back in a day or two and really have no real answers. Be prepared, our install was January 22. We finally got our replacement mirror door April 3rd! I visited the showroom and having customers seems to stress the staff out. They also don't seem interested in selling their services since they kept reminding me they were closing in 45 minutes instead of answering my questions during that time. I can take my money elsewhere. I expect better service. Rude and unprofessional.

This company is NOT for small walk in closets or laundry rooms. They are so much more expensive than other quotes. They quoted me $707.00 for 2 cabinets over my washer/dryer with a rod in between them. I checked out the same size cabinets online and they are between $35-45 per unit. That's outrageous!

California Closests provided thorough and efficient service. I had the privilege of working with Julie Bennett, she is wonderful. My closet required an outlet for cabinet lighting. She made it easy to communicate directions to the electrician which included a detailed map (X) marks the spot, to ensure correct placement. I love my new closests! Thank you Julie!
