I couldn't be more pleased with how my closets turned out. The quality of the closet plus the quality of the design and installation will keep me coming back the next time I need a closet redone in my house. Heather is an experienced designer that helped me choose closet features that meet my needs. Juan on the installation side, is professional and client-oriented. I couldn't be more satisfied.

Heather at California Closets is WONDERFUL. She came up with a beautiful design for a challenging space in an upstairs primary bedroom. She then tolerated my multiple changes before we more or less ended up back at the original design - which turned out so great. The quality of the materials and the 5 star installation are worth every penny. Wow! California Closets is truly amazing! Our 1940's Craftsman style house was desperately in need of a en suite master bedroom remodel, and we were lucky enough to have been put in touch with Designer Celeste Mendez at CC. I walked into Miramar location and had the pleasure of working with Rachel Port to update my master closet. She is a design professional and I could see that she absolutely loves what she does! I was able to present her with measurements and a quote from a different company and she was able to use that to provide a comparable options that although a bit higher in price, it was of much better quality. Sales lady nice. Delivery time was not timely. Said it would taken 3 days to install and took a few months. They kept starting and not coming back for weeks at a time.
We have had a horrible experience with California Closets. Terrible communication, significant delays without any follow up from the company, facts misrepresented. They installed a half completed project without telling us they didn't have any of the doors, and things just got worse from there. Would strongly discourage anyone from even considering them as an option.

We just moved into a new house that was built in '66. Needless to say we needed new closets and extra storage. After a quick phone call exchange we had our Designer Shana out to the house. She spent a few hours with us to determine our needs. She designed all four closets right then and there. She was great to work with and a very capable and talented designer.
