My experience with California Closets exceeded my expectations. The quality of their work is superior. Starting with consultant Heather Re odds, who was beyond patient as I made several changes and is an absolute pro when it comes to design. The installers were professional, completed a big job in one day and I could not be happier!

I waited to write this review and I'm glad that I did. We purchased and had installed a built-in wall of cabinetry for the kitchen in our new townhouse. This was in April 2023 and the total cost was close to $8,000. The overall quality of this install is completely subpar. From the materials used to the supposed features. Had 2 1/2 closets installed and they are beautiful! Those I dealt with were talented and professional And very attentive! I definitely highly recommend them .. you will be quite pleased you chose them.
Brittany was a wonderful consultant! So happy with her suggestions and the quality . She sent drawings and videos for my review.. then edited what I wanted to change. It was delivered and completed on time.

I have had my California Closets for almost 20 years and have been pleased with the quality and the durability. Earlier this year, I noticed that the laminate had come away from one of 4 cabinets and I was surprised and worried. I went to the CDM store as a walk in and talked to a very lovely woman who understood what I was talking about and said that C.C. stands behind their product and would help me. My wife and I have been loyal customers of California Closets of the Texas Hill Country in San Antonio since 2018, successfully completing previous projects with generally pleasant experiences. However, something has clearly gone wrong in the past few years, as this latest experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I truly wish there were a way to give them -5 stars. We were very unhappy with our closet install. The end product did not look like the plans they sent us. I shouldn't have to request molding to cover the gaps. It should be standard. It looks cheap without it and now we have to finish it ourselves

Sarah Ford of California Closets is the best! Sarah came to our house for a design consult & was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I was amazed at the creativity & functionality of the designs Sarah produced. We live in a condo & Sarah made great use of every inch of closet space.
