California Closets installed a beautiful pantry in my kitchen. We highly recommend our fantastic designer, Tannaz. She made the process easy and designed a lovely, spacious, and very functional pantry. Mario did an excellent job in installing the interior framework, shelves, and the doors.

It's sad I have to do this as I've used this company a few times for different residences. I scheduled a repair of a newly installed closet lock box to keep my valuables safe while away. I have had a terrible time getting the locked drawer locked/unlocked. Having followed all instructions given at the time of installation, I believed its use would be smooth but I was wrong. The quality from start to finish for this California Closets team was exceptional, not to mention the added value these upgraded closets add to your life and to your resale uptick. Laura, my designer, was friendly, courteous and professional. She revised her original plans, making the final results even better. Joe and Jack, the installers, were terrific. Murphy bed springs would not retract and hold bed. CC came out and said I had a lifetime warranty. They were true to their word and fixed the problem.

Having found California Closets online through recommendations, I had thought these guys would be brilliant. The designer (Michelle) was amazing, the installers (Angel and Garret) were fantastic... the process was terrible and the closets still aren't finished!!! After designing & signing the contract we payed the 50% deposit in the middle of May '24 & we waited for an install date. We received the date (6weeks to make the closets) of June 21 2024 (seemed good). So we moved the house around significantly to ensure the closet... read more

they talk a big game, stand behind a long reputation but deliver zero quality or expertise. High price compared to other Closet companies. better off hiring a luxury millwork company for what they charge to do a true custom build. I am throwing away the 5 closets and the pantry California Closets installed 2for over $35k and finishing our project with a different contractor. We just purchased a new home and decided to turn an extra bedroom into a walk in closet. We came up with a design with our consultant, Nicki. She was amazing and really understood our vision. The day of installation started as expected. The installer was on time and the closet came out great. However, the tape that was used to secure the protective blankets on our floors ripped up the lacquer on the hardwood. Obviously not intentional.
