Enjoyed working with Designer Michelle Carlson on creating our closet design. She was patient as I struggled with which finish I would use. Ended up with linen and I love it. Ours was a small job but she treated us like we were doing a big job. Installation was excellent. Alfredo and Alex were very professional and closet looks great! Happy to recommend this excellent company.
I needed to have 3 closets refurbished in our new home. Met with Kay the salesperson, and designed the closets. We had to wait quite some time, and when the closets were finally installed, the job was really poor quality. Baseboards were removed and either not replaced or stuck back on the wall with glue. Paint was chipped, huge dirt smudges, screws on the floor, and it took twice as long as the installer said it would. I WISH I had never decided to re-do those closets.
Meghann is awesome! We just moved into a new home and we needed more storage.. she came up with a design that transformed our little coat closet into a mini pantry. The design is highly functional, clean and great looking. We got more space to store so much more!! She was so easy to talk to and work with. We will be calling her directly for our next project in our new home.
I worked with Meghan on my dream closet. I had a confined space and a lot of shoes and Meghan discovered ways to save me money while not compromising on design. I am looking forward to designing my garage space with Meghan in the near future. I highly recommend her and California Closets. In total transparency, I thought working with California Closets would be too expensive but Meghan was not only more competitive but more creative than any other vendor.
FROM DISSATISFIED TO LOYAL CUSTOMER!!! As with any customer relationship, sometimes thing don't always go as planned. That's what happened when I decided to purchase a custom 'Craft Center' from California Closets. I figured if they did well, I would have them do our master suite closet, a much bigger/more expensive job. Holy Cow, I'd be upset too. I'm on this but I will not be able to schedule a fix until Monday when the shop manager returns from vacation. We will be in touch before close of business on Monday with a solution. I apologize for this and we will get it figured out pronto.
Had an impromptu meeting with a consultant. Thankfully she worked me into her schedule. She came in and quickly understood I wanted simple, not extravagant closet organization. She measured and got back a week or two later with a drawing on CAD. We went back and forth to get it just right, signed contract and was booked 5 weeks later for install. Installer was nice, quick and did a good job overall.
Top notch customer service! We had a couple of minor glitches, but the Cal Closets team immediately addressed them. From our initial meeting with our custom designer, Ben Weiss, he set the gold standard! Then Cecilia Carlsson, the Service Manager, navigated us through the completion process and fine-tuning. Mindy did a wonderful job for our master closet. I love that she looked at the space and considered our needs and wants and quickly came up with a design. The install crew was great, also. Love our new closet!
CA closets did a great job. The designer (Gerardo Soares) was a pleasure to work with on the design. He was personable and professional. He used our requests and developed plans that met all of our needs. The workmanship, materials and installment was also completed to our satisfaction, On the latest installation we worked with Dante and Sebastian. They were neat, polite and did a great job. The previous installers ( I don't remember their names) also did a great job. Thank you CA Closets.
