My husband & I had to audit measurements multiple times, follow-up with our sales rep multiple times and ultimately ended up letting CA Closets know the dimensions needed because their software and measurements were incorrect. The finished product was incorrect as well, despite all the hand-holding we had to do for our project. I will absolutely shop around next time we have a cabinet project in our home.

California Closets was recommended by our contractor as reliable and established if not competitive on price. Given the complicated renovation we were doing I opted for reliable customer service, Big mistake. I will NEVER use California Closets again. There was NO customer service. The installation team showed up with an attitude and, more importantly, half of the closet totally wrong. They left a pile of uninstalled stuff in the space and all I got was an email telling me they would be back in two weeks. Mistakes happen. B... read more

Had my moms closet redone and Jessica and Danny were great! The closet is beautiful and the ability to design and make changes was fun and easy. It's amazing how much more you can fit after utilizing the space appropriately. We are looking forward to doing the master bedroom closet soon. Thanks again for the great work!

We highly recommend Cara and California Closets. Cara was extremely professional. She helped us design the perfect "master" closet, including built in shelves, drawers and hanging space, as well as a small linen closet. She also helped us select a beautiful wood veneer which enhances the room. As for the installers, they were absolute perfectionists. Cara and the team at California Closets were amazing. The work was beautiful and added great decor and storage to our home. She was extremely patient as we changed our minds more than a few times on designs. We will always come back to Cara and the California Closet team.

Exceptional experience and stellar craftsmanship is what comes to mind when I think about our recent built-in projects with California Closets - San Diego. Worth every penny. Gerardo helped us design the perfect built-in systems. Install was professional and very efficient. I had high expectations for the quality and the finished product exceeded what I envisioned.
