Buyers beware! I must say the sales rep and office staff were great BUT, I'm afraid the company does NOT screen there installers well! It should be enough to say upon comepetion of the install they left my house like bandits, please figure out the rest of the story!
We loved working with Ellen Paytas, our designer, who did an amazing job designing our fabulous closet. Now that it is installed, it is even more spectacular than we could even have imagined. Ellen dealt with every detail and met every need we had. It's an fantastic closet, thanks to her. The installation went incredibly smoothly and we could not be more pleased.
Yikes! Just had my office shelving/desk space installed on Nov. 13th 2018 and what a six hour goat rodeo! This morning, my office still smells like an ashtray from the installer (no smoking in our home), there is saw dust on our driveway, wrong colored door pulls installed and an opening for a paper shredder that is way too small for my needs (all of the specs were reconfirmed in September prior to the installation). Always passed this store thought you had beautiful things so now when finally building a new home come in to see things and get rejected as a customer. People being helped except me and another woman a worker looks at me then her and proceeds to go up to her and ask if she needs anything she says no he says ok let me n ow and walks away not asking me the same. So that's my clue to walk out and never return sad because I did see so many beautiful options for my new home.

We reviewed 4 different closet companies before choosing California Closets. We wanted a media center, two master closets, and master bedroom system. My new custom made closet in my small studio is wonderful. The only drawback is the waiting period, due to their popularity. But... it's well worth the wait. Every staff member during the process was responsive, professional, and accurate.
