Way over priced. My chicken was dry. Our service was wonderful. Ambiance was nice. For the money we would not go back.
The ambiance was extremely welcoming. The food was great and our hostess Lindsay was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu options and made for a pleasant evening to celebrate my birthday with the ladies. We will definitely enjoy dinner here on our next outing to Savannah, GA....
As always, Ruth's Chris is The Best! Their filet is the best thing I've ever eaten. The server was friendly and stayed on top of things. The Savannah location was very pretty inside, even more fancy than the two here in Jacksonville. I would highly recommend Ruth's Chris to anyone in the mood for a great steak!
The server was the best!!! The food was prepared and served fast. The atmosphere of the restaurant was top notch.
Service was excellent. I have never had the stuffed chicken until this visit. it is delicious, it was cooked perfectly!
We were celebrating our 13yr anniversary and everyone from the hostess to the server to the manager, all helped us feel welcomed. When we arrived I was given a beautiful rose. At the end of the night we were served a delicious dessert on the house, plated beautifully. The plate had the words "Happy Anniversary" in a delicate chocolate sauce. Every item we ordered was delicious and just amazing. I can't wait to go again.
Food is excellent. Service needs improvement our waiter was relatively new and personable. Needs training and education regarding fine wine decanting. Ambiance is lovely. Warm feeling , nicely decorated with a great layout.
Everyone was amazing, from the hostess at the front to Sasha our server!! The ambiance was perfect and the food was freaking amazing!! The Ruth Christ team of Savannah made an already perfect anniversary better!!!
Restaurant was empty for obvious reasons. Dare anyone to try to eat here. Not sure why they open. Staff enjoyed us leaving so they could enjoy our order. High five each other as we left. So ...
