As soon as we were seated, I told them I had issues with dairy and soy. I ordered the filet and shrimp and said again that I could NOT have any butter or soy on the food. I also ordered the fries, as I was told there would be no issues. I asked the server to confirm there was no chance of cross-contamination with dairy or soy. I said if there is, please replace it with a plain baked potato. My food comes out with butter all over the filet & shrimp. I explain again I can't eat dairy at all. They apologize and take it away. This location is a Savannah staple. Been here several times celebrating anniversary. It's very consistent flavors and service is always good and the atmosphere is always professional and romantic. Been here multiple times and will continue to frequent establishment.

I am an OG veteran of Ruth's Chris, but up until now only in California. Beverly Hills, Anaheim, San Diego, Del Mar. I've always loved how we were treated in Beverly Hills and I didn't think we'd ever get that kind of treatment again. Then we came to Savannah. The ambiance was extremely welcoming. The food was great and our hostess Lindsay was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu options and made for a pleasant evening to celebrate my birthday with the ladies. We will definitely enjoy dinner here on our next outing to Savannah, GA....

As always, Ruth's Chris is The Best! Their filet is the best thing I've ever eaten. The server was friendly and stayed on top of things. The Savannah location was very pretty inside, even more fancy than the two here in Jacksonville. I would highly recommend Ruth's Chris to anyone in the mood for a great steak!
