The ambiance was the best experience of the restaurant, The service was ok had a 7pm reservation but didn't get seated until 7:50pm and also the Wife ordered a drink in which the waiter had forgot . The food was ok as well for it to be Ruth Chris I was expecting a whole lot more for the price . So in closing the restaurant is more the ambience and for special occasions dinner and for tell people you went to Ruth Chris.
Malik was my server and he was phenomenal. Everyone worrying that night, Onaje and manager Jamil included, were lovely. I ordered a tossed Caesar starter, the filet mignon with a side of mushrooms, and the chocolate sin cake. Everything was cooked and prepared beautifully. Went there on a busy night and had Sasha as our server! It was my first time there and she explained the menu and dining experience very well and was a joy to have as our server! Definitely will be back for Sasha!!
The floor in the waiting area is so insanely sticky. It's like it has never been mopped. We got our food an hour and a half after our reservation time but, it was good anyways. However, my medium steak was super rare and my husband's medium steak was way too well done.
Had the ribeye and lobster mac...Ruth's Chris never disappoints. Malik was our server and made our experience even better. Client went filet and could cut it with a fork and very little effort.
Definitely the spot for fake rich people to money flex online. Tons of better options for the money. I had the salmon and it was pretty decent but I've had much before for much less money so wasn't super impressed. The ambiance of the place was nice but also not stellar. Celebrating my 79th Birthday and 9th year anniversary. The staff put us in a private room. The food and service was bar none!! In other words.. Fabulous!! Our waiter, Mr Harrison Brown, was fantastic. We really felt special. I love the Ruth Chris in Savannah!!

Not what it should be! Although we had a great steak, too many other disappointments. Ordered a bottle of wine- 15 minutes to deliver after we asked our server (who was bussing the table next to us) "waiting on our wine"! Wedge Salad was a huge miss- half head of iceberg lettuce, with some bacon bits on the side. Flavorless cream dressing, no bleu cheese, just bland.
