I'll start with this was my wife and I's first experience at Ruth's Chris. The worst part of our visit was the wait Which was all of seven minute!!! (ON 2-14) Kiki showed us yo our table and was delightful. Karen was our serve and she went above and beyond our expectations! She was pleasant and informative. We were allowed to enjoy our experience at our on pace which is rare. AWESOME, AMAZING,& ATTENTIV!!! We had a 5 star experience! Can't wait for our next visit!!!
Went to Ruth's Chris for a birthday dinner. Service was impeccable. Our server, Drew, was attentive, welcoming, and a fantastic conversationalist. Visit Ruth's Chris and ask for Drew, you won't be disappointed!
Got into town later than expected and was glad they were still open and took me without a reservation. Sat at the bar and chatted with Aubrey and Kate while enjoying some delicious seafood paired with a tasty cocktail. Aubrey was outstanding and brought Sasha over to chat about must visit places (being a former tour guide). I hear their Espresso Martini is on point, so I'll be back to try it. This place never disappoints and having one in Austin, I knew the food would be great for my first night in Savannah.
Let start by saying this is a very expensive place, just for my husband and I it was almost 400$. However it was a great experience, food was great and our server was amazing
We had a phenomenal dinner here. We had Jameel as a server and he was great. We asked for a win recommendation off of a very brief description of what we liked and a price range we would like to stay in. He exceeded our expectations on taste of the wine and stayed within our budget. As always, our food here was amazing but we wanted to highlight the phenomenal service.
Went there to celebrate with some friends. The atmosphere was beautiful and Andrew our server was awesome. The drinks, food and service on point. I enjoyed every moment spent there. I would recommend this location and plan to visit again myself. Marie
The service from our server Sasha is horrible..unattentive,short, curt and kind of rude. I'm still waiting for a Togo we ordered like 10 mins ago. The place was not crowed. I am so disappointed in Ruth's Chris I don't knwo what to do. WE will not be back.. the manager, however, tried to rectify the situation and found her to be fair and genuine..that's her..
Where do I start? Solo diner and $150 lighter. Started with the shrimp cocktail. 4 very large shrimp with bottled cocktail sauce. Shrimp had no flavor and were one day away from being pitched in the bin. Very fishy smell with the edges starting to brown. I should have sent it back but I'm not a complainer, though for $22 I should have. I ordered the "pairing" menu which is prix fixe.
