The Young lady that checked me in for my 30k service was professional and so nice. She was the type of employee everyone would want to work with, also took care of a recall on my vehicle. When I picked vehicle up walk me to it went over everything that had be completed. She also wished me a Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays. What a Great Experience !!!!
First service and done in a timely manner. Everyone was courteous and couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The wait was a little long but other than that everything was fine.
Although there were a number of customers waiting for service, my car was taken care of for the recommended service. It was especially helpful because of the weather expected at this time of year.
Took a while to get an appointment due to new ownership. Otherwise, quick and efficient. Very friendly.
Service was just "ok." I was kept in the dark about any diagnoses on my car. Communication throughout the day was lacking. Basically left at the end of without knowing any more than when I came in. Wrench service icon still "on." Oil consumption test put in place without explanation as to results, possible consequences etc.
Everything went well with the repairs my car needed.
The staff was Conans helpful. I would recommend them to anyone needing service.
