Im happy and relieved to say the service department is trying to turn things around. I was politely consulted on car issues and service techs seem to have reliably resolved my concerns. I appreciated the time Greg took to actually show me the underside of my car where any doubts were dismissed. Thank you overall for the increased efforts. There is still need to receive customer service requests on a more timely basis.
