They give good service and they tell u what u want to know bout ur vehicle
Friendly Service and good people. Work performed was done well. Cleanliness of vehicle after service was not great.
I was pleased with the service received, however, having said that, my appointment was at 11AM and routine service was not completed until 4PM. Service was not started until 3PM.
Easy to make an appointment and the wait time was relatively short and the waiting area very comfortable
The service desk was amazing both in parts and customer service checking me in. I cant express how wonderful it felt to go to a dealership and feel like I was welcome and not pressured. They took me to the lounge area. Make sure I knew where the refreshments worm and make sure I knew where they were with my car.
They're quite literally always terrible. They managed to not put an air filter in properly somehow and my air wasn't working properly, and my BlueLink isn't working as well from the same appointment.
We went in for an oil change and Everytime get "Recommended" services needed. This time to the tune of $1200!! Some services that said for 60,000. My vehicle is only at 58,000. We called our mechanic that we trust, he told us "not do any of that" Frustrating that you can't trust their service department to be legit with you, instead it's how much can they charge you for extra services.
It took to long for the service to be completed. Had to ask if they were even working on the car. Seen many people come and go after I was seated.
We lost a serious amount of oil after the service then had to have our vehicle towed back to the dealership the next morning. Four hours later they felt the problem was solved. Service department did not respond to our calls for help. Initiated Bluelink and got towed. A Sales Consultant contacted the service department for us. They were responsive once we were on property and no longer ignored.
