It was horrible, it would take more than the 50 characters alotted to explain my experience in detail, but in the end of this experience they brought a car that was not what I had explain to them that I needed, they didn't listen when I explained in detail what I was looking for.

Lazy salesman. I showed him 3 cars I was interested and he wouldn't even bother to go inside to grab the keys. I didn't come back.
Got the radiator flushed that day., However 12 days later in Virginia, the engine of the Santa Fe blew up.
This is probably the most incompetent company I've ever dealt with. My wife and I just spent 6 months dealing with a lemon law return with them and Hyundai. It was a nightmare.
Did not have the Air filter in stock, even that I made a reservation a week in advance. Oil change, filter and wipers cost $253
Ever since the Duells sold this place has gone down hill in the service department 1) takes forever to get anyone to answer phone 2) if you schedule online and go to appointment they say that they never received the online request 3) I asked for tire pressure to be checked and air up because of extreme cold temperatures had made tires low They did not perform that service but instead rotated tires 4) don't recommend Saturday appointments because you will receive incomplete service 5) this happened on my Saturday appointment ... read more
Took over 2 months for them to cover faulty transmission under warranty. Had to nearly come to blows with Chad before getting it approved. Jacob Pokorney worked with Greg, service manager to finally get it covered. They did provide at replacement vehicle. Love our Hyundai, but the service not so much!
Quick service but Could not program 2 aftermarket key remotes. They stated they only have about 5% to 10% success rate of programming aftermarket remotes.
